The bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy. However, I was disappointed when I called the front desk for water and the receptionist immediately told me I would have to pay for it, even though I never said I wasn’t willing to pay. It felt like an unnecessary assumption.

Great hotel. Service and my room were excellent. Great downtown location with easy access to transit if needed. Would definitely recommend the Fairmont Royal York.
