Who cuts the vegetables here? Huge pieces of onion connected at the roots. Ginormous zucchini pieces with the tips attached. There is always black burnt stuff on the food because they prob never wash the wok. Egg shells in the fried eggs. Shall I say more?

I got food poisoning here please don’t eat here! I should have known after the first bite of room temp chicken and the dryness of rice that comes from being reheated. I’ve reported to health unit and hospital but people shouldn’t have to worry about what they are eating at a hospital. I was unable to visit my sick grandmother because of my situation. I hope a doctor didn’t eat here before a surgery. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered through Uber eats what I usually order and I made the mistake of not looking at which location this was I usually order from the location on Lawrence avenue this came from the location on Bathurst the food is non edible I ordered the general soul Chicken and I got something different I ordered the spicy Shanghai noodles and there were bits of beef inside the Shanghai noodles also they were full of some type of sauce that made everything Non-Edible I tried phoning them and the phone is constantly busy I would not order from this location if you paid me to as far as I'm concerned this food is garbage and I'm I have to toss it in the trash it's not edible at all it is the most horrible thing I have ever tasted.

The nastiest food I have ever tried , ordered honey garlic and genera tao off of Uber at work and it’s stale , tastes like it’s been sitting out for days , the colour of both chickens is the same even though it’s 2 diff flavours , NEVER AGAIN WASTE OF MONEY SO SO NASTY !
Disrespectful to the customer. They refused to give me food and offered other customer. So rude.

Got to be the worst fast food Chinese Ive ever consumed. The star of the meal is the noodles that has 0 flavour and more bean sprouts than noodles. These people legitimately cannot cook because I am sitting here with the food in front of me completely confused as to how they created this god awful plate of food. Please, if you have a little respect for yourself, stay away.

Hey..i had a very bad experience here visting this place at Toronto Western Hospital..the guy was eating himself and served with that unsterile hands only..i felt like puke ..somehow i manged to order something and the noodles were uncooked they were not cooked properly..only one in the food court that haven’t served good quality to the people..writing this for the awareness of others..?
