One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! I was expecting this place to be gross considering it's in the train station but wow was I ever surprised. Also ordered a coffee and some cookies and they were also delicious!

Coffee is very nice black, and you get to choose your cream and sugar quantities, the spot for that was very clean. The chocolate chip cookie was harder than I expected, but still very good.

Ordered for the first time in advance using the app which I was excited about, but was really disappointed when they didn't even give me a Balzac's branded cup - just a plain white cup. I was glad it was ready when I arrived, but annoying to see everyone with a nicer cup than me. Not sure why they are going out of their way to ruin the experience for app users
