Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I always order delivery and the food is amazing. But when I went in person was shocked by the rudeness of staff. They are dismissive, unhelpful. I asked for help with the menu, as I wanted to try something new and they refused. There were two young women working during that time.

The young woman who was running the entire store was fantastic. Service was a little slow understandably as one person dealt with 10 customers in 10 mins, as well as online orders. The portions were a good size: the hot sauce is delicious, as is the spicy chicken. The place is clearly cleaned regularly.

Its okay if you don’t understand english, but my problem i have is you act like you do then get my order wrong to blame me when i repeated myself and even asked if that was mine to tell me no, just to say it is. Its very frustrating and hope you hire people that actually understands english or atleast have genuine people that can say they don’t understand so we can help eachother get the order done.
