Went to the Kanata location and it was terrible. The service was not knowledgeable, slow and the server punched the order incorrectly. My friend tried to order mint tea but was told all the loose leaf teas were mixed together in one blend. The food quality was poor and very overpriced - for example, stale cheesecake sitting in a soup of coulis. Extremely disappointing. Will not return.
Pay all your service folks money you owe.
Fun bright place to go, however waiting 20 minutes for a table in an empty restaurant is kind of sad. Most tables had not been cleaned yet as they only clear tables after a customer needs it. Kind of trashy.
The food was terrible. Undercooked and terrible flavour. The hot chocolate just tasted like chocolate flavored water.
Honestly the worst dine in experience I've had to date. Other then the staff, that were clearly just doing there best.
