Ice cream cake was good

I stopped by yesterday, and the wonderful employee was so sweet, attentive, polite, and welcoming. She quickly came over to say hi with a big smile and told us once we're ready to let her know.
She gave my daughter time to choose which ice cream flavor she wanted, and she was the sweetest throughout the transcation!! I wish I got her name, but she was the most wonderful employee I came across at the mall yesterday!

Ordered 2 cakes here so far and they're great!

We ordered an ice cream cake with an edible image. The picture was beautifully aligned, looked amazing, and the cake tasted delicious.

The lady was so rude. Customer service sucks .. worst baskin location I’ve been. Not only that but wasn’t fresh, scoops are small and the employees are not good at their job. They charge me 5 something for this half scoop.

I usually ask for milkshake with less milk and more icecream in any other b&r. But in this location I get way less milkshake

I needed a cake for my sister’s milestone birthday and on some pages of the Baskin Robbin’s website it says ice cream cakes should be ordered 24 hours in advance. Upon ordering, I received an error saying orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance. Now panicked, I first called the BR on King and Shaw and the employee was unhelpful, restating it needed to be made 48 hours in advance and that I could try walking in to pickup a cake. Before admitting defeat, I called this location and Sylvia was warm, helpful and willing to take my cake order as it was 30 hours ahead. She was patient despite my many questions, providing options, prices, and different combinations. Sylvia was amazing and I will order any future ice cream cakes from this location.

Cake was delicious but dont leave it in the car for 3hrs. sorry mom

It was my aunt's birthday and my sister ordered a cake for her, from this location for the 16th and somehow Baskin-Robbins confused the 16th for the 30th.So, when we arrived to pick it up, the one that was ordered wasn't made at all. - This location has messed up our cakes for events over the years, but this is the first time the date was so badly messed up.Personally, I'm done trusting Baskin-Robbins to get any ordered cakes done by the date it's ordered for and without making any huge mistakes.

Came one evening with my daughter. Staff was kind and service was great. They let her try out different flavours since she was indecisive about what to get. Recommend this location.
