One of the Worst-Run Baskin Robbins in Toronto

This has to be one of the worst-run Baskin Robbins locations I’ve ever been to in Toronto. The way the staff scoops the ice cream is almost deceptive — they shape it so it looks like a full, solid scoop, but the inside is practically hollow. It’s all air, no density, nothing like every other Baskin Robbins where you actually get what you pay for.

And if you’re charging $10 for two scoops, the absolute least you can do is not be stingy — or lazy — about giving a proper scoop. It’s like they don’t want to put in the effort to dig into the ice cream, so they just scrape the surface and mold it to appear full. This has now happened twice, which means it’s not a one-off mistake, it’s how this place operates.

Completely unacceptable. Won’t be back.

My partner came the other day to ask about a custom cake, and they said to come the following day when the decorator was in. He came all the way back to make the order and was told they can make the custom cake no problem and charged them. Today he picked up the cake and not matching what he ordered and completely missing the main reason he bought the cake. He mentioned the issue and it was brushed off
You dont charge somebody and tell them you can make the cake no problem if you can't, we would have ordered from another place. Not even offering anything as compensation or to make it right.
$60 something dollars for a cake we arent happy with.. not coming back here

Edit: he ordered it in person and they even told him it would be extra charge for image and he said yes that's fine, hopefully he was not charged as we did not get the image.

Refused to give a cup of tap water

After speaking with the manager of this location and having delt with the employees of the store I am and proud to say that they have excellent customer service they will always make it up to you with a nice Scoop of ice cream

I go to Baskin-Robbins often. They definitely cheat you on the size. We barely got a scoop between my mom and I. $13. We could’ve bought three buckets of ice cream. Very disappointed in this location at Dufferin Mall.

Been going to this location for years, whenever I go to Dufferin Mall I always pass by. Really friendly staff and great service!

The lady working there was so rude when I asked her for the price of something and had an attitude I let her know she wasn’t nice and I let her know respectfully since I panicked from her being rude she just ignored me and I had to wait 2 mins before ordering no one was in the back or front in the place and then she was rude on top after I had a question

I ordered one scoop of my favorite ice cream in a cup at this location for the first time, and I was very disappointed with what I received. The scoop was so small and undersized, barely filling half the cup. As a long-time Baskin Robbins customer, I know what a proper scoop should look like, and this wasn’t it. When I raised my concern with the server, I was told it was measured and looked small because of the heat - which makes no sense. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location, it isn’t worth it.

I saw one of the girls, i think her name is Jennifer working there scooping ice cream with her hands and eating it 🤮

Ice cream cake was good

I stopped by yesterday, and the wonderful employee was so sweet, attentive, polite, and welcoming. She quickly came over to say hi with a big smile and told us once we're ready to let her know.
She gave my daughter time to choose which ice cream flavor she wanted, and she was the sweetest throughout the transcation!! I wish I got her name, but she was the most wonderful employee I came across at the mall yesterday!

Ordered 2 cakes here so far and they're great!

We ordered an ice cream cake with an edible image. The picture was beautifully aligned, looked amazing, and the cake tasted delicious.
