It was a cold day and having cold calamansi juice was not an option but in the Philippines there's also a hot version so the server said she'll use her steamer though they have not served it in this manner. She did a great job. She had initiative, she served with a smile and even chatted with us a bit more. This is the 2nd time I've been here and in both instances, we had a good experience. The Bangus Sisig was slightly vinegary which gave it a unique taste; it did feel a bit heavy. I’m not sure it was worth it as it was quite eggy. No rice is offered with the dish. We ordered it as extra, which I recommend.
Their spaghetti was unique as its signature for Filipino spaghetti to be sweeter. It tasted like a home dish you’d make as a teen at home - comforting and simple. Okay to try but not quite what you’d go out of your way to order.

[2023 Feb] Brunch food was not particularly unique, and know plenty of other Filipino restaurants offering the same or better at a more competitive price. Will need to try dinner service to understand the Michelin gourmand mention…
