My partner did not like because she did not expect it to be fried but I loved it. Choose something that is not overly sweet, if that concerns you, and you are good.

Service time was short and the staff was friendly in our very brief interaction.

Tourist trap. I guess if your a tourist waiting a sugar tail you will pay top dollar for one. Ive never tried a Beavers Tail and I've lived in Canada my entire life. But tourists are told this is a Candian thing. Maybe it is but I've never tried one...

We stopped by here after the boat tour. There was a line but it moved quickly. We ordered the Dubai chocolate flavor. It was delicious. I wished we weren’t so full and could order another one!

There’s a few tables inside. We ended up finding a place outside by Queen’s Quay to enjoy the snack.

Lovely cafe on the waterfront. Chilled and perfect while waiting for a boat. Excellent coffee at a very good price.
Ticket office is within and manned by friendly people.

The employee at the cash register was extremely careless and handed me beavertail covered in hot-oil, without a take-out box. This caused my hand to burn, which then I asked for a take-out box. The incident happened at 6:20 PM on Sept 22, 2025. The manager/owner should investigate the lady who was working at the cashier at the time. It should be common sense not to hand customers something that hot without a take-out box.

i got the pistachio beavertail, poutine, and strawberry lemonade (which ended up being a slushy, probably should’ve wrote that on the menu). the Poutine was regular Canadian poutine, as a Canadian myself i’ve been around quite a few poutine places before. it’s definitely not one of my favourites but i was starving so i decided to have it. the Pistachio BeaverTail was very good, i love pistachio and pistachio cream on desserts. one problem though, the BeaverTail’s are very thin and not as thick or fluffy as you’d expect. the middle is crispy and the edges are soft. they’re also pre-baked, so not fresh but at least they come out hot. strawberry slushy was mid. service was quick which was surprising. atmosphere is pretty, it’s a lake with a bunch of tourists going in and out boats and the water Taxi boats, very cool.

Why are you putting cold bacon bits and fried onions on hot dogs? Not only that, but a homeless man came and sat at our table and began demanding we give him our leftovers and then began screaming at us while the staff just stood there and stared at us. Avoid this place at all costs

Great sweet treats and now savory items like hot dogs are available. Friendly staff who are very fast with your order. Nice looking building and awesome interior design. Clean interior. Clean washrooms. You can buy lots of swag at this restaurant. No credit card surcharge. Patio available.

The location is not the best. Lacking parking in this area in general. Can be very hot in the summertime.

Absolutely delicious. Iconic beavertails that are fantastic if you want a sweet snack, and there is also poutine which is very good. There is always people waiting, but it's pretty fast and the wait is worth. Price is fair fot the product and staff is friendly. Absolutely recommend
