This store has to be one of the worst variety stores in the city they are very rude very unprofessional if you are not a certain person you are treated like garbage. The gentleman that is working tonight feb 8th has to be related to the owner who is also very rude she has no control and may need help! Avoid this place would give it a -5.

SCAMMERS!!! I would rate this place a zero if I could! If you do not pay with cash, they charge a .25 service charge on all transactions. So to hide money from the government, they want to ding their customers for using a card. They have tiny little sign stuck to a Covid plexi glass expecting customers to notice this or read this stupid little made up sign. Typical of this type of ābusinessā to try and steal money from the government all while scamming their customers. Shame on you!

Went to visit the store to purchase a 649 lotto ticket @ 10:20pm, asked the asian man is it too late to puchase the 649, he said yes, in my mind I thought the deadline was 10:30. So I asked him again, are u sure it's too late to purchase a 649 ticket, he confidently told me "yes". So I left the store, I stand outside the store and looked at my OLG App and zi was able to purchased the tix! So I went back again and I asked him the 3rd time, so I'm not able to purchased a tix? All of sudden, the asian man changed his story, yes you can purchase the 649 up until 10:45pm, so I asked him why you lied for in the first place??? Ughhh, mind you I'm a black woman. Now tell me what is this man's purpose to lie in the first place????? He should be "FIRED!!!!!

Expect horrible customer service here and the gentleman there always adds fees to all debit transactions...

Watch out for hidden fees on debit transactions and rounding up from a penny to the nickle. They will actually nickle and dime you. Been a customer 15 years. Canāt believe how bad itās gotten since the management change. Will never go back.
