It may seem like a strange spot but it’s easily accessible without going through the “mall”. The mall entrance that is adjacent to The Bay entrance is where your enter (along Bloor) and the Starbucks is just to your right after a few steps. The shape of the restaurant is perfect for easy entering and exiting which is good for the Covid era we are in. Staff are very friendly, fast and it wasn’t busy when I went (mid day weekday).
Up until recently I worked within the same building as this starbucks and I was thankful to have it there. The service is among the most friendly in the city and I have never had a negative experience.

The staff is honestly the best!! Everytime I go they are so friendly and always make me feel cared for. They ask about your days and make you feel seen. The drinks are also amazing as well. My favourite is an iced matcha latte.
