Customer service has been improved. Nick has great attitude.
Thankyouuu for warm welcome and very friendy service to Ms. Marivic and Ms. Celedenia, you gave me wonderful experience there in Longos HBC & Starbucks!
The staff is honestly the best!! Everytime I go they are so friendly and always make me feel cared for. They ask about your days and make you feel seen. The drinks are also amazing as well. My favourite is an iced matcha latte. But if I’m being honest, it’s the lovely chats with the staff that keep me coming back:)
