Ordered eggs Benedict. It came with fries. The fries was quite tasty. The Benedict.... hmmmm it is made with croissant which I love but the overall Hollandaise sauce was so so.

I love this place. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Toronto. The food is always so decadent and the service is very friendly and, maybe it's because I'm from this neighborhood, but it also feels small town-ish. I always take my friends here when they come to town, and I always recommend this place when someone wants a place to eat. The duck is my favorite dish for sure, but there's so much more to love. The arancini, the crab cakes, the lavender fizz drinks. So good and such a cute patio away from the busy city streets. Definitely go here for a little getaway from the loud city.

Amazing food and amazing service. The crab cakes were fried perfectly with the insides nice and hot. It was well seasoned as well. The tomato topping also paired really well. The Icelandic cod was fresh and cooked perfectly, the green beans and potatoes had a good balance of sweet and salty. For dessert they gave an ample amount of berries and ice cream. The service was amazing, extremely attentive, never had to ask him to refill our water. The meal was well paced and I was extremely pleased with how well he was able to serve us at just the right speed.

Group of 6 of us went for Winterlicious and it wasn't a great experience. The server wasn't helpful at all in helping me pick a beverage when it was clear I didn't want wine. He also tacked on a 20% grat without telling us. He just seemed rather condescending and impolite. The fish cakes were okay, the lamb was cooked well but needed some seasoning (very bland). Our waters were always filled, and the cake was really good, but how much trouble is it for a server to be welcoming and polite? Won't be coming back.

I went for brunch with a group of 10 people. We sat there waiting and waiting and waiting for food to appear. When it finally arrived, it was delicious. I had the quail, which was served with one fig, a small salad, and some mushrooms. It was tasty. Others enjoyed trout, omelettes, and crab cakes. Because we were a large group, a 20% tip was automatically added to the bill. Given the slow service, I would not have added that much if I had had any choice.

Had a really nice dinner here. The tenderloin was excellent and done perfect. The vegetables were also perfectly cooked. The mushroom risotto is really good. The scallops and the crab cakes are great appetizers. The fix price menu is an excellent option if you plan on having dessert.

It's such an amazing place that I would visit next time for sure. All the dishes have good taste large volume and look subtle! I would suggest the owner that some main dishes could be singly ordered as well. The price is economic! They also have tables set outside ! Good place to go !

Went for an occasion today was told in advanced my sons allergy could be accommodated. When I arrived at the restaurant to ask she simple asked what he would like to eat so I asked if the chicken strips had dairy she wasn't sure, went to ask and said yes and they couldn't substitute to use water instead of milk, so i ordered him a burger. Sounds simple enough but everyone and all the other children got there meal except for my son he was at this point starving and upset. When his meal finally did arrive while everyone was almost done eating, it was a meat patty on fries -no bun.My advice would be not to eat here if you have an allergy. They say they can accommodate yet took forever and i had to suggest the burger. Also servers only asked a certain ppl if they wanted a coffee u had to include yourself or go unattended to.

At 1 pm after choosing the chicken sandwich, I was informed that they no longer had any chicken breast or lamb. I chose the vegetable tower which was an overpriced, bland pile of vegetables, mostly zucchini, topped with a spaghetti sauce like dollop. It came with a small amount of goat cheese on a bed of tasteless spinach and it was served somewhere between warm and cold. For the price, it should have come with a small side, or at the very least some bread. For that amount of money, I'll go somewhere else next time.

My wife and I enjoyed a great lunch on the patio before going to a play at the Ed Mirvish Theatre. The crab cakes and risotto were high quality, as was the bottle of rose served. Service was prompt and polite. Will be back.

We came here to celebrate my niece & nephew's birthday. It was a great day to seat in the patio enjoying great drinks, delicious food and catching up. I had a glass of strawberry tonic, Veggie tower & pecan pie. My family had mussels, beet salad, steaks, seared scallops, crap cake, seared marget duck breast, duck confit... Every dish was carefully prepared and well presented. We will be back for sure!

Good food selections with variety (though they were out of a standard menu item...). Solid and pleasant service. Nice area.
