I originally gave this a low star rating which I felt was reactionary as well as being unfair. What this place offers is a beautiful decor, yes a bit overpriced and small’ish sized desserts but given the amount of happy customers sharing these delights it made me realize what a breath of fresh air this place really is. It’s an inviting ambience and perfect for a weekend meet up or a quiet weekday coffee. Toronto needs more of this. And I have since purchased the pumpkin scone...
I really love the atmosphere at Bomou Bakery, it’s warm, stylish, and so relaxing. The pastries are absolutely delightful, especially the bow croissant, it’s a must try! I’ve also become completely addicted to their iced latte. It’s so smooth and delicious, I honestly crave it every day.

A few improvement suggestions:
• It would be nice to have self-serve water available.
• There might be too many pastry options, which can make it hard to decide — a smaller, curated selection could help.
• My large latte tasted a bit pale; maybe a slightly stronger brew or an extra espresso shot would make it perfect.
