Whoever the lady working on Jan. 27th in the morning (9:30am) was the nastiest most miserable employee I’ve ever encountered. I couldn’t believe the attitude my mom and I received from her, she refused to make eye contact and rolled her eyes at us for making the simple request of adding oat milk to my smoothie, and to top it off when my lovely mom said “thank you have a nice day” before we left, despite the terrible attitude we received, the lady just GLARED at us instead of saying your welcome. I have truly never had such a rude customer service experience completely unwarranted. If you hate people THIS much, please do NOT work in customer service.

I ordered a Redsunrise first the staff member taking the order did not know what it was.The juicer was dirty and she removed the residue with her bare hands. She proceeded to clean with water.I decided to go back the next day and once again the machine was dirty. I was told I would have to wait 25min so she could clean the machine.I understand being new. But the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. The juicer should be cleaned immediately after each order.The same staff members were on duty both evenings.

I think it was the owner…she was so adamant not to switch out 1 ingredient!No other Booster Juice has ever said NO. In fact the item that I wanted to switch was cheaper than the one that was included in the shake!!People should take a course on customer service !!

I’ve been to this store a lot over the past couple of years the staff are incredibly nice and always chat when it’s not to busy. The quality of the drinks are always amazing and delicious! I myself do a lot of substitutions in some of these drink according to my diets they are always some options available which really helps me out! I personally like the matcha monsoon which and for food my personal favourite is the chipotle chicken panini always fresh and hot! I love trying there drinks there always coming out with something new which is lovely:) I definitely recommend coming here every one is super sweet and the drinks are delicious!

The staff at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have absolutely no regard for dietary restrictions, health allergies and non-dairy alternatives. Every other Booster Juice location is okay with substituting yoghurt for coconut milk. The rep lied about not being allowed to use coconut milk in smoothies which has been done every other time at different locations. So you have coconut milk in your fridge but you are not allowed to use it - sure, okay! Apparently, this is an absolute no no at this location. Their refusal of using coconut milk is a direct contradiction of the Booster Juice brand which confirms on their website that dairy-free substitutes are available for ALL smoothies. To the owners of this location-why franchise a brand if you are not going to adhere to its service provisions? If you have dietary restrictions or allergies be careful with this location there is no guarantee that they will safely prepare your smoothies to your preference - especially if they are refusing to use available alternatives like coconut milk as dairy substitutes.

I'm leaving a review only BC they lied to my face. I saw her not put yogurt in my blueberry, she admitted to it, then her co worker came and says no there's already yogurt in it. I announce that I saw the whole process of her making it, and how there is way too much powder as it tastes like I'm taking a spoonful of powder each sip, as well as that she put no yogurt. They want me to believe in powder is yogurt? I couldn't argue with staff anymore as they cannot admit they were wrong, or forgot the yogurt. Either way the place is a sham, the franchise is a finesse, not my only bad experience with the place. Should have just gotten Tim's or something
