I ordered a Redsunrise first the staff member taking the order did not know what it was.The juicer was dirty and she removed the residue with her bare hands. She proceeded to clean with water.I decided to go back the next day and once again the machine was dirty. I was told I would have to wait 25min so she could clean the machine.I understand being new. I think it was the owner…she was so adamant not to switch out 1 ingredient!No other Booster Juice has ever said NO. In fact the item that I wanted to switch was cheaper than the one that was included in the shake!!People should take a course on customer service !!
