Umm the waitress looks like they don’t know what to do. We sit down for 15mins, there is no service and even a cup of water. Also they are not knowing the menu at all. They keep going back and forth to check. I hope the service can improve. Overall the food is good.

Went for Dinner: Generally, (i) Surprisingly, even though reservation had been confirmed and re-confirmed, staff could not find my reservation... fortunately there was no issue getting a table; (ii) Very strange that server asked if I preferred still or sparkling water and then walked away without even looking at or asking the other person in my party what they would like; (iii) Food was fine but nothing exceptional; (iv) Layout of seating & bar area by the entrance is not goosd, so we needed to walk through a very crowded section and had to weave through people standing bunched together; (v) Restrooms were not tidy.

I wasn’t entirely impressed by either the food or the service. I was the first to arrive for a business lunch, and while the service seemed promising at first, it turned out to be rather inattentive. I had to ask twice for my water to be refilled and twice more to get the bill.
Most of us ordered from the pre-fixe lunch menu. The first course, Roasted Ontario Butternut Squash Soup, was tasty. However, the second course, Hand-Made Potato Gnocchi, was a complete disappointment and I could only make it halfway through the dish.
Our server never asked if we wanted to order any drinks at the start, nor did they offer coffee or tea after the meal. My guest actually had to leave the table to get the waiters’ attention so we could order coffee. They had run out of oat milk but asked if they could replace it with almond milk, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, the coffee itself didn’t taste very good.
I really wish I’d had a better experience, but sadly, I won’t be coming back.

5 Stars all the way! Was in to celebrate a friend's birthday, seated us in a private space as requested and the evening was amazing. Opted for the tasting menu, the food was absolutely fantastic, the service excellent, Victoria was very kind and helpful. Don't miss out on this promo which I understand has been extended to November 15, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing dinner with a lovely pianist serenading all the patrons. It rarely happens that every item we order tastes this great!!! I must commend the Chef and his staff. Truly a special bday for me!
Great ambience and attentive service. We got the Taste of Shangri-La 3 course meal. It was nice that it came with an amuse-bouche, and the appetizer was delicious, but the main was average. We got the chicken and the turbot fish - the chicken could be better seasoned/marinated and the fish was a slight bit fishy. The dessert was very good, and they gave an extra dessert with a candle for our birthday celebration which was very nice. Overall pretty good but would come back for the atmosphere and vibes, maybe a drink/appy/dessert, but the mains could be better.

While the team member who waited on our table was highly professional, the hostess at the Bosk reception area bordered on rude. I felt like I was a burden, and didn't feel welcome at all. After our meal, I stood waiting to retrieve my coat at the same desk. Multiple team members passed me by, though I looked directly at them appealingly. In the end, I had to open the cupboard and retrieve my coat. This should not be happening at a high end restaurant.
