I ordered a mocha and the egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Mocha was alright, not great. Although the breakfast sandwich was smaller than the size of my palm, it tasted great, and was good enough to satiate my hunger (I went into the cafe super hungry).
Overall, nice spot to unwind with a book, or get some work done if you can find seating.

$30 for coffee and a cookie and they can’t even bring it to your table when it’s ready? It wasn’t even busy. Why have two people behind the counter? The cookie was terrible. Maybe fix the death steps going to what I’d call the worst patio I’ve ever seen if you want people carrying their own coffee. Next time I’ll skip this overhyped dump and just go to Starbucks. There’s a reason corporations are killing small businesses and this place is a good example why.

Still my favorite cafe in Toronto! Amazing coffees, creative wines, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff (who are willing to spend 10 minutes coaching me on my home espresso efforts)! Fully recommend visiting any of their locations.
The hype if there is any is just not worth it. The music was too loud if you intend to study or do some work there would not be good. The music choices played also sucks as well.. I just find this place dirty. The floor and the sofa chairs needs some cleaning and maintenance. I understand drips and spills can happen but come on..Clean up guys your floors needs some care. we paid $30 plus for some coffee and egg sandwhich which I think Tim Hortons really tastes way better. Not enough socket and they have a charging station which you hve to pay for. Another business strategy i guess. No good ventilation it was so hot for a 22 degree weather.

I love the coffee and the friendly service at this neighborhood cafe! However, I think the choice of loud rock and roll music on weekend mornings could be improved. It can be a bit overwhelming for families trying to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. A more mellow playlist would make the atmosphere even better!:)

Ordered a vanilla latte and a croissant. The latte was delicious! The croissant was tasty but cold- it would’ve been nice if it was slightly warmed.
It got incredibly busy while I was in there, and the front area by the till had about 10 people standing, which made it difficult to move or get your drink.
The atmosphere is nice but I agree with some other reviews that it could be a bit cleaner.
Over all a good experience. :)
