I recently visited with my family for a birthday brunch and it was a great experience. Alex was our server and accommodated a lot of our requests and was extremely helpful. He consistently provided great service for our table. All staff as well were kind, quick, and friendly. I would come back again for just the service alone, and obviously the delicious food.
I visited Buca Yorkville for a dinner with a group of four. It’s your typical mid-to-higher-end Italian spot, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The cocktails were delicious, and the mains had a unique flair. I particularly enjoyed the Barbabietole e Rucola. But I wished the portion was just a tad bit bigger.
However, the dessert selection left something to be desired. The Tiramisu was just average, and the Pizzelle was a real letdown.

I celebrated New Year’s Eve at Buca Osteria, and our experience was unforgettable, thanks to our incredible server, Zamira. Despite the busy atmosphere, she was attentive and made us feel valued. Her menu knowledge was impressive, and when my duck dish wasn’t what I expected, she compassionately offered to comp it off the bill, demonstrating outstanding customer service!!!
