Ordered takeout today and a very disappointing experience. The quality has drastically changed since the last time we dined in. The naans were thin, hard, and cardboard-like, and the dal was so thick it was difficult to eat. We also received a couple of samosas (assuming they were complimentary), but they had no flavor at all. After eating, we felt nauseous, which is concerning. Unfortunately, this was an underwhelming and unpleasant experience overall.

Wow. This is a must try. We had a dinner for two and there was SO much food. And it was good! The name "factory" had my expectations on the simpler side, but the food, atmosphere and experience generally was more elevated. I'll be back.

I came here for indian food and I discovered a new menu that isn't updated and is more of international cuisine rather than indian . Also the prices are higher than before and they're no longer pocket friendly .

Highly recommend chicken 65, Samosa Chaat, Cauliflower Manchurian for appetizers. And tandoori chicken’s charcoal flavour was incredible. Definitely the best tandoori anything I’ve ever had.
For mains, we had Chicken Korma which was so creamy, a dal dish and Eggplant Bharta. Everything was so flavourful and paired well with rice and naan.
The servers were attentive and very very friendly! Would definitely come back to try one of many different kinds of butter chicken!!
We just had dinner at Butter Chicken Factory. We had a very good meal and our server, Riddhi, was very nice and made some excellent recommendations. We will definitely be coming back again!

The butter chicken here reminds me of the traditional Indian recipe, yet somehow feels even more indulgent and flavorful.
I also tried the Tandoori Chicken and the Thandai Mocktail, both of which were excellent. The Tandoori Chicken was perfectly cooked—succulent, smoky, and infused with just the right amount of spices. The Thandai Mocktail was a refreshing accompaniment, striking a harmonious balance of flavors with its aromatic, nutty, and mildly sweet profile.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The owner, Bhuvnesh, personally visited our table to inquire about the food and ambiance. His warm demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring a great dining experience added a personal touch that’s often missing in restaurants today.
