Original Smoked Butter Chicken: Rich, creamy, and perfectly smoky. Easily one of the best butter chickens in the city. Chicken Tandoori Momos: Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. A great twist on a classic. Chilli Gobhi: Sweet, spicy, and crispy — the perfect Indo-Chinese appetizer. Chicken Biryani: Fragrant and well-spiced with tender chicken. Comes with raita and is super filling. Aam Panna: Refreshing and tangy — ideal for a hot day, especially if you’re enjoying the cozy patio. Blueberry Piña Colada: Tropical, fruity, and creamy with a blueberry twist. Super refreshing and pairs amazingly with the spicy food. Butter Chicken Factory is truly a gem in Toronto! From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy, elegant atmosphere. The food is absolutely outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and prepared with so much care. Their butter chicken is, of course, the star—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—but every dish we tried was exceptional.
What makes the experience even more special is the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the staff, who make you feel at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines such amazing food with such gracious service.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves Indian cuisine or simply wants an unforgettable dining experience in Toronto!

I've driven by countless times over the years and intended to eat there for about as long, but only recently finally got around to it, and am glad to report that's everything I hoped (and reviews promised) and more. The restaurant has a really nice vibe inside, very warm, erring on intimate, and staff are very friendly and attentive. The dishes are all incredibly flavourful, cooked to perfection as far as doneness is concerned, and generally extremely hearty, not to mention the portions are pretty significant. While several places might offer several of the dishes for slightly less, you will get neither the portion size nor flavour and quality, and so with that considered, I feel it's actually extremely fairly priced- lovely presentation + dishes/cutlery when dining in as well. Their flagship original butter chicken dish is perhaps the best butter chicken I've had in the city/GTA, as too is the saag chicken, which was my favourite. The cheese-stuffed garlic naan is very rich, but incredible. The only thing I didn't particularly care for were the deserts we had, one of which was a cardamom rice pudding brûlée-- too watery (could be much richer), and not a fan of what I'm assuming was basmati in the context of a rice pudding--, and the other a mango desert I can't remember the name of. Not bad by any stretch, but don't think I'd order again. All in all, extremely pleased to have finally ventured into this butter chicken institution- a very satisfactory couple of visits now, with many more to come, I'm sure!

The chicken biryani was so good! Delicious, aromatic flavours and excellent spices. I was pleasantly surprised it came inside of a naan too, which was an absolute bonus! Looked similar to a bread bowl. Large portions as well. I highly recommend this place!

We shared a butter chicken with rice and garlic naan and it was the perfect portion for two. Service was great, the food came quickly, and it was delicious. The presentation was also surprising with a smoky reveal of the curry that was very cool! I’ve seen their hilarious tiktok’s pop up forever and am glad I was finally able to visit. I will definitely be returning!
