Had Valentine's Day supper at Caffino. What a great place . A woman who I believe was maybe the owner was very nice and determined to make sure all her guests were happy and having a great supper and experience. The food was delicious and we will definitely return sometime in the future .

we didn't get the proper table because they gave someone who was infront of us but their reservation was later than us. the waiter must have known that our reservation was earlier than theirs because he asked my name and checked the screen but for some reason he didn't give us the table first. Moreover, he didn't even come back us and inform us that they weren't ready. I saw the few waiters recognized us standing by the entrance but nobody came to checked on us. in the end they took us to the miserable table that was by the entrance, looked literally temporary, and next to the group of people who talked so loud. They said they could provide us better table once the other custome finished their dinner, which took approximately 5to 10 mins but since my table was closed to the entrance, I didn't see anybody left. I booked this restaurant because the interios were beautiful and I thought I would be nice to have dinner with my partner. but what I got was nothing I expected in bad way. very disappointed. I won't recommend anybody I know.

We had an amazing experience and felt wonderful throughout. It made our anniversary truly special, even though it fell on a weekday. I really appreciated the staff's attention to detail and how they made us feel so comfortable. The food was wonderful, and I'd highly recommend the pastas and desserts.

Looking for a place on a Tuesday night. This hidden gem on King West is worth a visit. In a former carpet factory, the look will charm but not as much as the comforting aroma reaching your nose as soon as you get in. We had a vitello al limon, a plate of gnocchi and I personally had the eggplant parmegiana. The best eggplant parm I've ever had except the one my Italian wife makes for me. We will be back.

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner here tonight. We started with the complimentary bread basket that was soft, with a crispy, salty crust. Yum! We shared the bruschetta for two, a great starter with fresh, tasty tomatoes (not easy to find in Ontario in December). I had the lasagna, which was a generous portion and tasted like something I ate while on a recent vacation in Italy. I ate every last bite. My husband chose the Black Angus steak. He said his medium rare request was perfect, the veggies along the gravy were delicious. We didn't have room for dessert - next time! On the way out we had a lovely chat with Rosa, the owner. Her pride in her business shines through. Thanks to Rosa and her staff for a lovely night out! We'll be back. Our praise to your chef and kitchen staff for putting out such awesome food. 👍👍

I recently discovered this restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s very cozy, delicious, and inviting. It’s quite rare to find a place in Toronto where you can truly enjoy a calm and relaxing dinner atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and friendly, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with great food, this is an excellent choice.

Food was good but we specifically called in advance of our reservation if it’s ok to bring a stroller and they said it’s no problem, fast forward to getting there a lady approached us after we sat down and ordered that we would need to sit in the bar where it’s significantly colder because of the stroller and balloons. They didn’t give us any other alternatives. We removed the stroller and balloons just for there to be no one sitting the entire time around our table. When I asked the lady at the end of our stay she said the owner doesn’t like it..even when I called prior to ask. Customer service is seriously lacking, especially when they saw there was a baby with us. I would not have come if I knew we would be treated like this.

Visited Caffino with my friends on Friday night, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The ambiance and décor are absolutely stunning — the whole place feels warm, stylish, and perfect for a relaxed evening out.
The food was exceptional. We ordered the meat special (braised beef ribs) and the chicken parmigiana, and both dishes were incredibly flavorful and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their cooking.
The service was just as impressive. Our server, Linda, was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.

I’ve been to Caffino a few times now, and it never disappoints. The food is always incredible, the mushroom salad and the calamari, which are hands-down my favorite appetizers. For mains, the gnocchi and the veal limone are absolutely outstanding, full of flavor and perfectly prepared every time. Service is also always impeccable, even on the busiest Saturday nights, like this past weekend, I had no trouble getting a table and still enjoyed warm, attentive, and truly amazing service. We hosted our intimate wedding at Caffino with just our siblings and closest friends, and it was truly perfect. This was the day we officially signed our marriage license, ahead of the big wedding with extended family—exactly how we wanted it. From the moment we reached out and explained our desire for a small, intimate wedding, the Caffino team was unbelievably accommodating and kind.
We used Caffino for the space, food, and drinks, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was off-the-charts amazing, the drinks were incredible, and the service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. The staff even added a bit of décor for us—nothing over the top, just such a sweet and meaningful gesture that made the space feel even more special and personal.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in Liberty Village, and we truly lucked out with the weather. The space created an intimate, elegant atmosphere and was the perfect setting for a meaningful and memorable wedding celebration.
