Another good spot for coffee in st clair! I tried the horchata latte & peanut butter cookies. Both are delicious and perfectly
complement each other.

A Latin and Asian fusion cafe!! GREAT, FUN owners!
Originally visited on September 28! ☺️ I had extra time before a work event and came here for breakfast! I was drawn to the name of the coffee shop, and thought the yellow chairs outside were cute.
For food, I ordered the ham and cheese croissant sandwich and Groovy Smoothie. Everything was soooo fresh!! I had ask the owner his name (Rolando) and told him I could taste how fresh everything was. He was so happy to hear this and shared that he makes everything in the morning! ?☺️
I also asked him where the name Capulus came from and what inspired him to use this name for the cafe, and he said that in Latin, it means coffee.
We chatted a bit about the cafe! His business partner is from the Philippines, which is why they have a lechon inspired sandwich (without the crackling) and she taught him how to cook it. They also have drinks like ube lattes. They're a fusion cafe, which is why their menu has Latin and Asian inspired food! ?
It is a cozy cafe, and I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I did hear Rolando say that they get the same customers coming to the cafe 2 to 3 times a day ? which is sooooo nice! ?❤️
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of tables outside (see attached photos), but the inside is not wheelchair accessible (the tables and chairs are higher and attached to the walls).

Cute coffee shop around St. Clair! Chat a bit with Rolando, one of the owner, very pleasant and kind. Tried their Ube latte and croissant, which was warm and baked fresh daily! Highly recommend! Will try some of their sandwhices next time!

Amazing hidden gem in the St Clair West area! The owner is awesome, you can tell they’re passionate about the food and drinks they serve, very knowledgeable about the ingredients and processes as EVERYTHING is made in-house. My partner and I ordered the Ube Latte and Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso - both delicious drinks!! Not too sweet, and the Ube Latte was particularly innovative, you can tell they know how to balance the flavours. We also ordered the crooks croissant and ube croissant - both warm and buttery, the ube was filled with halaya (as it should be <3). Customer service is beyond great, prices are reasonable for homemade and innovative delights - 100% RECOMMEND ??? my fellow filipinos come here and eat SARAP!!!!!

Just recently visited this coffee place for the first time. It’s a cute little local coffee place where you can obviously grab a drink and some good sandwiches or baked goods as well. The barista was extremely friendly and nice, who just really improved my mood that day. I got a Cappuccino and a sandwich with chicken. The sandwich was really good, the coffee was ok too but a little too hot at the beginning, so I had to wait for it to get a drinkable temperature. Other than that I had a really great experience in here

Such kind and amazing service
I’ve been here twice and both times I was treated with kindness, and served amazing drinks!
My favourite is the dirty chai oat latte, it’s insanely tasty!!
The shop was bust when I went but the owner took the time to acknowledge each customer.
There’s also a 10% discount if you pay cash!
When I’m in the area I will for sure be visiting again

Had the dirty oat latte and the. Sooooo good. Had a nice chat with the owner. He goes out of his way to get farm fresh fruits and vegetables, he makes all baked goods in house. He does a different cushion sandwich every week and is always changing up the baked menu, based on what's fresh. Such a wonderful cafe. I MUST check out for coffee lovers.

A hidden gem located at St. Claire W/Christie neighborhood. The pastries and coffee are great. I love the Ube latte and Ube croissant which you don’t often finds in other cafes. It also has different kind of sandwiches which are tasty and quite unique with a bit of fusion taste of Filipino and Mexican food. Rolando, the owner is very friendly and very passionate about his own food.

Too tasty to take a picture before it’s gone!?And anything with Ube is my favorite!
This place is a hidden gem. Triple threat with their coffee, pastries and food/breakfast sandwich. For some reason, that's hard to find but they do all three very well. Very impressed. Small place with only a few stools so don't get too comfy.
