Ordered dinner from here on Uber, was waiting for an hour to see that the restaurant cancelled the order, after we had seen on the app that it was ready for pick up by the driver. Called and was bounced around to three people who told me different reasons for why we didn’t get our food, just for them to say they don’t know why it was cancelled and that we’d have to reorder. Mind you this was 1.5 hours after we had initially ordered. We were offered free appetizers as compensation, but will never order from here again due to their poor handling with online orders.
Update: we ordered again with the restaurant saying they would make our order a priority. It has now been THREE hours since we first ordered, and we’re still waiting for our food. It’s also on Uber since they couldn’t find a driver. But if a restaurant is too busy to be able to handle uber orders and in house orders at the same time, they shouldn’t accept orders!! The second order coming over an hour after it was placed when we were told it would be a priority, doesn’t make sense. We only ordered again because it would be a priority for us to get our food because of their mistake cancelling the first. Would not trust the service at this place!

The staff here are super sweet and nice. We even asked for a special order and they kindly made it for us. The sashimi here tastes very fresh and the customer service is also amazing. Prices are cheap as well. Would recommend!

Fantastic food and incredible serving sizes for the price, would highly recommend the chicken teriyaki, absolutely delicious sauce.
They use the same gloves to mop and make my dinner. I was there between 8-9pm on december 2. The guy was cleaning and right away he starting making the roll. Did not change gloves or washed hands. This is ridiculous. Never ordering here.

This was my first time dining in at Casa Sushi, and I absolutely loved it! The place is super cute inside, and I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. My food came out quickly after ordering, and the waitress was so kind and attentive throughout my visit. Great service, great atmosphere
