The food was fantastic! We made a reso for 15 people. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was unreal! The atmosphere was cost and comfortable. It wasn't too loud, and easy to talk to each other. I'll definitely be back!

Food was good! Especially the potato hash, made well. Service was ok - polite, but not particularly warm.

It’s a Mexican inspired American style diner so lower your expectations if you are looking for Mexican food.

We ordered Nachitos which was the highlight of the entire experience though the portion wasn’t as big as other nachos in other restos and bars, it was very delicious.

For the main, we ordered Quesadillas and the Southern style Fried chicken.
Both were off in flavour and taste.

The fried chicken was too only and crumb-y and smelly. Plus it was just a bunch of chicken on a plate- Popeyes would design it better for half that prices!!!

The Quesadilla was different- it had mangoes which I didn’t like.

The strawberry lemonade didn’t have any syrup so we asked them to give us a new one and they did- it was meh- not so refreshing.

The entire place stank of food and cooking smells which is a shame cuz a ventilator can solve this issue- or by just leaving the door open.

I wouldn’t go back nor will I recommend itz

Was told they have halal meat but then waitress was extremely rude and went on to say “we cook pork and halal meat on the same grill AND we can’t clean it just for you”

Literally came here because it was close to Casa Loma otherwise 100s of better options in GTA

Brunch was so delicious. A nice twist on brunch classics for those that like a Latin flare. Will be going back soon!

I didn't see this listed anywhere on their website or while booking but this place will automatically charge you a 20% gratuity on larger parties (we were only 8 people) so if you come here keep that in mind.

The review:
Our server Kaitlyn was great, she was attentive and whenever we asked to have something fixed she was on it, so nothing of the below was her fault. We were seated for dinner, so maybe this place just does brunch better based on other reviews.

The tacos de pollo en Nogada: do not order them. They were dry and didn't have much flavor beyond tasting sweet and didn't have a lot of toppings or any sides to add any sort of additional interest.
All of the taco dishes that came with tortillas had just untoasted torilla, not even slightly, just soft tortilla with very little flavor or texture to add to the dishes they came with.

If you want to sit outside on their patio, don't do it in spring in Canada. We were seated under a pine tree (that hung over half of the patio) from which pinecones and other debris kept falling on us and IN our drinks and food. When we alerted staff of this, they just shrugged their shoulders and didn't offer to move us or open up a collapsible fabric roof that I could see was rolled up next to the building.

Some of the food we ordered was interesting, and the drinks were pretty good as was our server, but overall the quality didn't meet expectations for the price, so unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars.

Nice corner spot with a proper kraft dinner.
