An absolute gem for customer service. There are plenty of options to pick your bubble tea or dessert on the street but this particular outlet should be your choice. You get quick and bespoke service. I like the architecture of the building it looks Modern the drinks are great my fav is the earl grey but that’s just cuz I like earl grey. It dose get very packed and last time I went they did run out of tapioca balls but I had a pretty good experience here.

I love their variety of drinks and especially their signature milk tea! They say it is the best way to tell if the milltea place is good and they totally nail it! The tastiest milktea place in Toronto.
Just wanted to say the staff here are phenomenal and very attentive.I had placed an order through the Chatime website, in which it our items would be delivered via doordash. I was super shocked at how quickly the staff put together our drinks, because the estimate for delivery was about 50 minutes, but the total time it took from preparation to delivery took about 15-20 min.I did stumble upon a problem, which is at no fault of the Chatime workers at all, where the delivery person confirmed that everything was delivered, when it was not. Upon calling the store, the worker who picked up was very apologetic about the situation, despite it being at no fault of theirs (this was all the fault of the delivery driver/door dash). The worker (I wish I asked for her name, because she should really be commended for solving this so quickly) arranged for another delivery and even included a complimentary cake and a handwritten sorry note I've also been in-store many times in the past and the staff have always been suuuuper sweet too :))

The classic cha time pearl milk tea gets was very flavorful. However tapioca was undercooked, very hard. Washroom were clean but trash can full to top.Overall, good milk tea at this location.
