Mapo Pocha Soju Bar Reviews
Amazing spot <3
Tried this place after seeing the taro makgeulli and boy it was amazing! We were visiting from Calgary and is hoping a Korean bar makes it here too. Food was great as well! You have to try the taro makgeulli
Fun atmosphere and our server was great. Quick service and friendly. Not sure how prices compare to other places in Toronto, but it seemed on par with similar places in Chicago. Only negative part of the night was the extremely loud and chaotic table sitting directly behind us.

The menu showcases delicious Korean dishes, such as kimchi pancake, spicy boneless chicken feet, sweet and spicy chicken, beef tartar, and steamed beef box, along with vegetarian options. Many guests have praised the fantastic kimchi soup and the best seafood pancake, highlighting its crunchy exterior and moist interior. The food is truly delicious, and the place has a cozy, fun vibe. It is a great spot for drinks and Korean bar snacks. Everything ordered was delicious, and guests had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is cute and full of personality, and it feels like home for those who love Korean culture. Guests loved the complimentary Korean yogurt at the end, a nice touch. The prices can be on the higher side, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Mapo Pocha is a great spot to enjoy a fun night out with friends, and it is particularly recommended for its Army stew.
