very friendly staff, they get my order right every time!! so awesome to have a chatime so close to school.
Wonderful bubble tea shop in St George/ university of Toronto/Annex area. Great selection, cheerful staff, lots of tables and seating; this place is big enough to accommodate both a lively place for socializing or a lovely spot for private study.
Went to Chatime on October 23, 2025, and they refused to sell me a drink 30 minutes before closing. They said they were “closed” about four times, and this was literally outside the door, not even inside the store yet. When I finally went in to see what was going on, they claimed they were “out” of almost everything. Really? That’s not how a business should run. If you’re open, serve your customers. Saying you’re closed half an hour early and pretending you’re out of everything is just lazy and unprofessional. Terrible service and even worse attitude.
Didn’t add my coconut jelly to my drink that I ordered and took a long time to make my drink. Disappointing considering the price increases.
The taste is watered down compared to the GTA stores. Would not recommend. New ones are opening up. Royal Tea at bayfield mall and Coco Tea in south end
The best brown sugar bubble tea in the city!!
No slush for over a month?!! Are you kidding??? It’s summer time
Friendly & hospitable
Excellent teas and desserts. Highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake and the brown sugar pearl crema, which was still a little sweet at 50% sugar but still great. Highly recommend!
Well-made bubble tea in a clean and chic cafe near U of T St George. I particularly enjoyed their matcha latte and cheese tart (which has a beautifully crumbly crust and a soft, mildly sweet cheese flavour). Good service, but we had to ask for the tart to be heated twice before it was actually warm. If you're a U of T student who's as passionate about bubble tea as I am, Chatime will be your friend (your wallet may complain though, as it is ~$7+ for a drink)!

Located right next to St. George station and just steps from U of T’s St. George campus, I come here to treat myself whenever I’m in the area. 🧋
There’s a rotating daily special and a variety of baked goods (e.g. cheesecake, matcha cake, macarons, etc) to choose from. I keep it simple and will usually get traditional black milk tea or some sort of coffee with boba. ✨ 💕Nice little place.
Customer service was bad, we were about to leave and she told us to leave cause they were closing the seating area at 10:45. As a Chatime employee, I think customer service could be better.
I just wanted a bubble tea 😬 Yet I had to answer what size (obv question) ice level, sugar level, any extras, and if collect points or something like that. I'm not going back. Good service, tho.
Great customer service, very friendly

I asked for a recommendation and one of the employees (I wish I asked their name!) recommended the golden aged black milk tea and honestly it’s my go to now. Service and atmosphere were 10/10 and they’re so welcoming and friendly. Keep it up !!
