I've been to this location for over two decades now, and the food never disappoints. The food and the service are just wonderful. Now the music nor its volume are.
After a long day of travel - driving to Toronto - we found this lovely little place next door to our hotel. We were excited to see not only bicycles on the ceiling but original artwork created by the owner on the walls. This is the kind of place where you feel immediately welcomed and surrounded by the family who owns and operates it, and regulars and newcomers alike are treated to the same warm and genuine hospitality. Oh, and the food is great too!

Bar Mercurio offers excellent Italian cuisine, including amazing pizza and desserts like Tiramisu. The ambiance is terrific with a really nice atmosphere and awesome music, and the service is quick, attentive, and wonderful. Customers have praised the authentic Italian experience, with heart and soul, and the fair prices, including the excellent house wine. The staff and owners are described as competent, friendly, and welcoming, providing amazing service. The classic margherita pizza, negroni cocktail, Carbonara, and calamari have been particularly enjoyed by diners, who have noted the high quality, skilled preparation, and phenomenal flavor. While it may be pricey, it's a great spot for a night out or a perfect date with a wonderful dining experience.
