The product itself is very good and lots of variety. I had the Dirty Matcha, which I highly recommend.
The manager at the first Canada place, however, made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. They decided it was okay to bark orders and slam her staff in front of the customers, loudly and unprofessionally. For a venue in the business area I would expect it to be more professional.
