However, the location loses two stars for a lack of efficiency at rush hour. Mobile orders can take up to 25 minutes, and there is a lack of urgency. Drinks build up near the bar before being called slowly. Customers have had to leave without their drink. The problem does not seem to be understaffing, but rather a lack of urgency during the busy financial district rush hour.
