Really nice aesthetics but average tasting drinks. They are in the range of $7-$10 per drink but the specific chain markets higher quality ingredients. I go Purple Reign because I wanted something unique and pretty. It was fine, not bad but not memorable. Staff is really nice. I think the staff was arguing with a customer while I was there though. Topic was additional charge on toppings, just FYI boba noobs, you usually have to add money to have boba in your drink.

Tried the brown sugar creme brûlée. Not a big bubble tea fan but this tastes delicious (half sugar). Also the employee working there tonight (July 20) was polite and engaging. Great service!

I came to the Innovation Bar for the first time recently and ordered the Thai Milk Tea with golden pearls, no sugar and no ice. I liked the tea flavour, although im not sure if its exactly like Thai Milk Tea. They add condensed milk in this drink so im glad that i got it with no extra sugar.

Excellent location with ample seating. There's even a downstairs portion that can be booked for special events or just private get-togethers. Staff are awesome and know their stuff. I recommend checking out the spicy hot chocolate they have for a limited time. You can get it either hot or cold, though hot seems like the logical way to go. Also, there's a red button in the washroom that, without clear inspection, looks like a button to open the door - - it doesn't. It's an emergency button. Don't be like me and almost cause an unnecessary commotion for the sake of perceived convenience.
