Really nice aesthetics but average tasting drinks. They are in the range of $7-$10 per drink but the specific chain markets higher quality ingredients. I go Purple Reign because I wanted something unique and pretty. It was fine, not bad but not memorable. Staff is really nice. I think the staff was arguing with a customer while I was there though. Topic was additional charge on toppings, just FYI boba noobs, you usually have to add money to have boba in your drink.

Enjoyed the bogo for 3 days back to back!! Lychee green tea for the win ?

The lady making the drinks took something out of the dirty sink and used it on our drinks to blow torch the creme brûlée drink, disgusting.

Customer service 10/10. Drinks 5/6 (i.e. of the 6 I bought I didn't like 1)

Some new items on the menu. And for a limited time, they have a buy one, get 50% off. Great deal!

Tried the brown sugar creme brûlée. Not a big bubble tea fan but this tastes delicious (half sugar). Also the employee working there tonight (July 20) was polite and engaging. Great service!

They have one of my fav flavors of milk tea (London fog). Delicious and always friendly! Thanks for the amazing service today in particular from the guy who was working. Great location, clean, friendly staff and yummy drinks :)

It was my first time visiting the innovation bar and I had no idea what to order. Phil was the server and he was so kind with recommending a drink. You could see his enthusiasm for BBT and the joy he got when I tried his recommendation and I really liked it. Great job Phil!

Creme Brûlée - not too rich, subtle but actually tastes like it. Probably my new favourite!

Love the unique Chatime look! The prices for most of these special drinks are relatively the same as the usual Chatime drinks.

One of the classiest milk tea places around. Inside they have a cherry blossom decoration which makes for a good backdrop to take pictures.

In terms of drinks on offer, it is really hit or miss. The Brown Sugar Creme Brûlée ($5.99) tastes nothing special, but the preparation that goes into making it is cool to look at with the blowtorch and all.

Another drink I got to sample was the Honey Golden Onyx ($5.99) which sounds fancy. However the fanciness, at least for me, does not translate the same way to how it tastes. The taste of honey is not at all pronounced in the beverage.

Taking a visit here is an OK experience to mix up your fix for bubble/milk tea. The place looks good. They have comfortable seating, as well as unique drink options not found elsewhere.

What I am disappointed on is that the drink served to us came in a generic drink cup which does not have the Chatime branding. Not having any sort of label makes the drink look cheap and takes away from the presentation.
