This Chipotle is one of the more pinching Chipotles in the area. I almost never leave negative reviews, but as someone who has been consistently coming to this location over the past year, there has been a switch lately in the consistency of food delivered. Firstly, depending on the time of day, the steak will either taste stale and dry, or decently good. Secondly and more importantly, I don’t believe their staff are given the same guidelines when it comes to how much guac each bowl gets. For example, tonight, I ordered a salad bowl with carnitas. Despite paying basically 20% more (3 dollars on top of 12.75 base price) , I was given an embarrassing amount of guac- the least I think I’ve ever received at any chipotle location, US or Canada. Thirdly, while not necessarily something that annoys me, the staff at this location will sometimes sing very loudly in the back room- just one thing to be mindful of if you are someone who is bothered by things like that. Lately, this location has been wildly inconsistent, and I hope they consider better training for new hires, and consider offering a standard amount of guac instead of a fairy sized portion.

The most terrible service you can ever experience in Toronto!I ordered double steak but the food I received is chicken, guacamole, cheese and sour cream! When I call the store they say I have to go all the way back for them to remake my food or get a refund. This is totally unacceptable! I asked the person over the phone if the only way to ensure I get the correct food is to open it while I am in store and she said yes! So it’s for a customer’s responsibility to make sure I get the right food? Plus, there is no way to report this issue or get in contact with someone who is not the store employee (cause they don’t care and have a attitude). I reported my issue to the website and I received this email from chipotle saying the amount listed below will be refunded to my credit card. But the amount in the email is 0.

Chipotle was a disaster. Long lines, tiny portions, and food that looked and tasted like it had been left out for days. Plus, the place was a mess—sticky tables and dirty floors. Save yourself and avoid Chipotle at all costs.

Prepare yourself for a tale of culinary calamity at Chipotle. Upon entering, I was greeted by a scene straight out of a nightmare: hordes of hungry customers, frazzled staff, and an atmosphere of utter chaos. After enduring an eternity in line, I was served a burrito that looked more like a sad, deflated balloon than a meal. The portions were laughably small, the ingredients appeared stale and lifeless, and the overall presentation was an affront to gastronomy. As if that wasn't enough, the dining area resembled a disaster zone, with tables smeared with unidentified substances and floors sticky enough to trap a small mammal. My appetite was not just ruined—it was annihilated. Consider this a cautionary tale: steer clear of Chipotle unless you have a morbid curiosity for culinary catastrophe.

My recent visit to Chipotle was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was chaos: long lines, overwhelmed staff, and an ungodly wait time. When I finally got to the counter, the horror continued. Not only were the portion sizes laughably tiny, but the ingredients looked like they had been sitting out for hours, wilted and unappetizing. And don't even get me started on the cleanliness—or lack thereof—of the place. Tables were sticky, floors were littered with food scraps, and the whole place reeked of stale grease. It was a truly stomach-turning experience that has left me questioning why I ever set foot in Chipotle in the first place. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy subjecting yourself to culinary hell.

I don’t like being a Karen, but today experience was the worst I have ever had with chipotle. The Asian guy with glasses would barely even give me a scoop of the ingredients, and when I would ask for more he would make a face. The cashier is a white young lady with glass with short curly hair, very rude and threw my bag of food at me which almost fell. Also to mention very cold food too. Was around 7:40pm, talk to these employees that were working.Very unacceptable employees, coming from a person who’s here almost daily. Please train them again into becoming better.

Very small portion of protein (literally 7-8 tiny chunks of chicken) compared to other locations. Had to pay extra $5.00 just to get an extra portion of portion just to make it look like an actual chicken bowl. Shrinkflation is real.
