I went to the Younge chipotle location at lunchtime and it was fairly busy. I bit into my burrito and found a Hair in it. When I went back to the same location, I realized nobody was wearing a hairnet. As a chipotle lover I am very disappointed. I would like Management to kindly address this hygiene situation.

The portions are a joke! And then, as if to add insult to injury, I asked for lettuce and got a grand total of three leaves. Three! I genuinely don't get it.

After a technological error on my catering order the team at 4 King chipotle (Manger Chris) jumped on the error and pulled together my order as quickly as they could. Although the error caused my order to be late by an hour, they did call in two additional people just to ensure that I got my order in time following up with customer service, they also gave me a partial refund which was appreciated. Thank you for working so hard to the 4 king street staff!

Went at 8:30pm, 1.5 hours before closing. They had no veggies left, when asked if they have any more they said no. Cheese was running very low. This isn’t the first instance this has happened. The portions are inconsistent and the staff seem to rush through everything even when there is no line. We will now be walking an extra 10 mins to the other location which has been much better in service and good or eating elsewhere.

Love Chipotle, but this location is horrendous lately. Ordered for my partner and I two weeks ago and the brown rice was so hard I almost chipped a tooth. I reach out to customer service and to their credit, they gave me two free meals. I redeemed the two free meals last night and they forgot ingredients! There are other chipotles around you should visit instead of this one.

Ordered 2 bowls and 2 chips with queso dip online for delivery. Sent us the new adobo ranch instead of the queso (which were half filled cups anyways) and my steak bowl was so burnt they basically cremated the cow. Thankfully my boyfriend’s bowl was good but over all so disappointed in my $82 order. I get people can make mistakes but the steak bits were so burnt it had a crunch like a crouton and I couldn’t eat my bowl.

Honestly a really disappointing visit. The staff were snappy and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering. When my food came, the chicken had this strange, old smell that made me lose my appetite. I left feeling like I wasted both my time and money. Definitely not going back.
