great staff...remarkable unique corn dogs

I really love Korean rice dogs and this place has really impressed me! The decorations are very lovely and welcoming, and the food is AMAZING. The service was met at my expectations and all the workers were very friendly. Overall 10/10 and I would definitely come here again! ❤️

The staff working there last July 17, 2025 at around 8:30pm was really hardworking. He’s the only staff there and it was extremely busy. I wish their management came in and help or provided additional staff as I don’t know how this guy handled everything together from taking orders, payments and preparing all the food for multiple customers at the same time! The staff is extremely polite, and I can tell while he’s exhausted, he kept going.

The quality of the rice dogs here are excellent. Many choices and flavours to choose from. The rice hotdogs are made fresh. I thought that they’re only here for the hype but they’re great junk food snacks I highly recommend!

I didn't enjoy the look of the dog. Bloor locations are so much better. The potato is pieces are random and chopped course.
Bloor location is small uniformed pieces.

best corndog i have ever had. 10/10 chesse pull, had to bite it off to stop the pull, came out hot but not too hot. Pretty good size, not too expensive for 2 corndogs. PLUS the sticks are 10/10 for chewing.

I received extremely poor service from an employee at approximately 6:40 PM on Tuesday, June 10th. He was wearing earbuds throughout the interaction, which made communication difficult - we had to raise our voices just to get his attention. He repeatedly walked away while we were asking questions and showed no willingness to assist us. When I asked for his name, he refused multiple times, claiming it was private information, despite being in a customer service role. After several minutes, he finally said his name was “Peter,” though I’m unsure if that’s accurate. I’ve included the time and date so that management can identify who was working at that time. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting.

First time visiting this location. The food was tasty, but I have to give it 3 stars because there was only one worker handling everything—taking orders, managing the cash register, and cooking. It made the wait longer than it should be, and personally, I’d prefer that the same person handling the money isn’t also the one preparing the food. That said, the worker was very polite and respectful, just clearly overwhelmed.

Avoid this location!!
I went here on April 10th, 2025, and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered two potato hotdogs with half mozzarella cheese, and despite it not being busy at all, I still waited 10 minutes.

When my order was finally ready, the guy working — Jason — just handed it to me with an attitude, and I noticed one of the hotdogs was missing the potato topping I specifically asked for. I kindly asked if he could remake it, since I clearly ordered two with potatoes (and got charged for them!), but instead of fixing the mistake, he straight-up refused and insisted I only ordered one with potatoes.

No apology, no accountability — just, “That’s your order.” Really? It’s not that hard to own up to a mistake and fix it. Then, when I said fine, I’ll just take it, he rudely shoved the hotdog at me and even splashed sauce on it carelessly.

This place has zero customer service and clearly doesn’t train their staff properly. I was genuinely pissed off. Save yourself the frustration — never come here.

The prices for all dog items seem to have gone up by almost double ($7 to $13 for a whole mozzarella dog), but their product offerings have expanded which is nice.

The staff is always helpful, quick, and friendly. It would be nice if there was seating available but it’s an extremely small storefront.

I think there are better options available in terms of price and quality in the plaza, but it’s convenient if you want a dog specifically.

I ordered today afternoon probably it’s going to be last time that we have ordered from this location , worst customer service two person working at the store around 1:45 pm 25 January a boy and girl they both don’t have any manners and how to give the customer service , both were very rude . I ordered 1 min back and ask them to do with potato topping on it . They refuse to accept the request and even ask them to charge me another one . But they are very bad with their service . Started even arguing . If they r frustrated they shouldn’t be working in the store and find another work 😡
