So I was waiting behind the one customer for them to finish their order and the cashier greeted the other customer that came after me first before me. I was absolutely shocked. I had to wait a few minutes and then one of our co-workers took the other register and I mentioned that to him and he was nice and apologized on her behalf. But I've never ever been in the situation where I was ignored like that. It'll be a long while before I come back to this location.

It was the young Asian girl with a black glasses that bypassed me and took the other customer. She didn't even ask me if I was ready to order or if I was waiting to order in general and the gentleman who she took was behind me.

Customer service today was very bad. One was saying and other one was saying different. They need better training actually so thay they all speak on the same rules. Also they need to speak with better language.

I just got sitted at the dinning area to connect my phone and was on the phone voicemail when this female black manager came to me and started talking about area being for the customers only and having a problem with me moving a table. Her tone of voice was unpleasant and she definitely used her authority for the wrong reason.. since I am a customer or I was a customer and I don't appreciate being talked to in that way and looked down upon by anyone.
She immediately left the area and I went to talk to someone else and found out she was the manager.. when I asked why such a prejudice and usage of authority for a custiner who didn't even settle down she adjusted her misdemeanor and tone of voice just to finish up with telling me that we don't have anything else to talk about when I said I was not coming back.
I've told her that she shouldn't be a manager because she doesn't have any customer service skills.
I'm done with this place..it was convenient but I don't have to endure any prejudice and harassment from anyone and drink some bad drink because I need to sit and charge my phone, since you don't have anything vegan to offer.

Dear Cinnabon Customer Service,

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a negative experience I had with one of your employees at the Dufferin Mall branch.

In last week, I was sitting at a table waiting for my wife so we could order Cinnabon and coffee. A man approached and politely asked for a chair, which I gladly offered. He sat next to me at the same table.

Shortly after, a Cinnabon employee approached me and asked me to give up the table. I explained that the man could sit with me, as there was no issue. However, the employee responded in an unprofessional and inappropriate tone, and proceeded to remove the table in front of me without further explanation. This was extremely rude and disrespectful.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were other empty tables available at the time. When I addressed her behavior and mentioned that I intended to file a complaint, she dismissively replied, “I don’t care.”

I am deeply disappointed by this experience. This kind of attitude and customer service reflects poorly on the Cinnabon brand. I expect your staff to treat all customers with courtesy and respect, and this encounter was far from acceptable.

I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

Hi there,
I was really looking forward to enjoying some fresh, gooey Cinnabons, but unfortunately, the ones I received were dry and disappointing. It’s especially frustrating because I had ordered a big box, planning to share them with friends. When people get a large box, it’s often meant to be a treat for a group, and I felt embarrassed offering something that didn’t meet expectations.
Just wanted to share this feedback — I hope future batches can be the warm, fresh treat people are excited for.

Ordered Via Ubereats and tasted stale. Had hardly any frosting and was slightly raw as well. (People complaining about it being raw are correct) Waste of money. Don’t order from here. Hire better people please. Other locations same thing. Used to be good, not anymore.

last two times I came here the buns were 100% raw on the inside... like gummy and not cooked at all. that can make people incredibly sick, eating raw flour.

Excellent cinnamon rolls! Probably the best I've eaten! It was worth the detour to this shopping center away from the city center.
We asked for them without frosting and they were fresh out of the oven! Very fast service.

Used to be really good but it’s just okay now. I really liked the cinnamon sticks they had but it’s since been discontinued. I hope they bring those back. Best to asked for it warmed up as it doesn’t taste that good cold.

I was on exchange in Toronto in 2018 and I happened to pass by this store, the full rolls took me almost floating to the store because they were so good. One of my fondest memories of Canada, it's very difficult to find a roll as delicious as this one. Next time I'm in Toronto, I won't miss the store!

Their prices have gone up. I just hope they give an additional cream cheese. Overall, quality of their products are pretty decent and buns are made fresh. Their Filipino staff appears to be chatting more instead of helping especially when the lines get busy. Please be attentive towards the number of customers coming and lining up and make an effort to reduce the wait times by helping other staff at the cash register. Would come again. Cinnabon always has great buns!

I got the minibon with caramel and pecan toppings. It was alright as I believe there’s only so many different ways a cinnamon bun can come out. It’s quite pricy but will probably buy the classic flavor next time.
