Excellent cinnamon rolls! Probably the best I've eaten! It was worth the detour to this shopping center away from the city center. We asked for them without frosting and they were fresh out of the oven! Very fast service.

I was on exchange in Toronto in 2018 and I happened to pass by this store, the full rolls took me almost floating to the store because they were so good. One of my fondest memories of Canada, it's very difficult to find a roll as delicious as this one. Next time I'm in Toronto, I won't miss the store!

Their prices have gone up. I just hope they give an additional cream cheese. Overall, quality of their products are pretty decent and buns are made fresh. Their Filipino staff appears to be chatting more instead of helping especially when the lines get busy. Please be attentive towards the number of customers coming and lining up and make an effort to reduce the wait times by helping other staff at the cash register. Would come again. Cinnabon always has great buns!

I got the minibon with caramel and pecan toppings. It was alright as I believe there’s only so many different ways a cinnamon bun can come out. It’s quite pricy but will probably buy the classic flavor next time.

I asked for a dozen Cinnabons to be freshly made, instead the cook got mad at me and started yelling slurs “ you don’t know what your talking about, Idio…” and tried to sell me the old oneOnce before same thing happened to me and I bought the old one but it was hard as a rock, so I wasn’t going to let that happen to me again. I asked them for fresh and they said I have to wait 45 mins although they had fresh ones that just came out of the oven but they refused me and said they won’t serve me here because I always ask for “fresh off the oven”I would never go back there anymore since they can’t serve fresh Cinnabons*** update in the situation: although they replied to my review and promised to get this issue resolved and the said they would contact me in their website to “make this right” I was never contacted and I saw the same person working with the same attitude towards another customer just yesterday. So there is not going to be any improvement unfortunately

Middle of the Cinnabon was dry and like it had been sitting for at least an hour. Was so excited for this as I have not had it in years and was SO shocked and sad at the quality fall off.
Overpriced cinnamon bun, it use to be 4buck but now it’s 7. If you buy a 4 pack it’s 23 dollars. I still like it once in awhile but inflation hit cinnamon bun too.

Very poor customer service And it’s just sad to see a old women and rude ! I get it you can have a bad day but fix your attitude when your are on on duties and don’t show that to your customers my husband was there and I was on the phone with him she was asking that black lady question about the menu but the way She was responding like you know him before in a rude manner but he didn’t want to match her energy because he was raised better and he’s young anough to be her son but he told me he just feel sad to see a mature women to behave like this ! We do have a business too we deal with all kind of people but we will never do that but I think if my husband was white she would be more gentle because her vibe is like she can only respect white people by hypocrisy than her own people shm
