What a wonderful experience. A simple conversation turns into the best drink.
The bartender took the time to answer the questions my boyfriend and I had about the various bottles on the wall as well as sourcing difference alcohols not always found at the LCBO as we are trying to build up our home bar out in rural Ontario. When I said I was curious about absinthe cocktails, he made me what he called the "gateway absinthe cocktail" the corpse reviver, and I am hooked! Highly recommend to any cocktail enthusiast.
