Oh my, this has to be the absolutely slowest Tim Hortons location I have ever been to… and I love Tim Hortons, so I have been to many locations in many cities. Often, I might as well be waiting in line to get my mobile order as it usually takes a bit of standing around waiting at the mobile pickup before I get it. They see you there waiting and walk right by. They need more staff, especially at busy hours.
2 people in line at counter. I order online in the store. I'm only one on the board. 7 minutes later still no coffee! Finally went to counter and asked, where's my coffee? Then, she went to get it.

OK I tried really hard to like this place. They have messed up my food order countless times, every time I order something without fail they don’t have at least one item in my order, They haven’t restocked roasted hazelnut syrup since 2023 when other Tim Hortons have restocked, they are so slow people leave the line on the regular and they appear tremendously understaffed.
