I mobile ordered my drink as per usual but for some reason, it is never ready when I come into the store. Or it is ready but it's still behind the counter where I can't reach it so I am left waiting. When the purpose of the mobile order is to skip the line and be able to in and out swiftly. I wanted to order a bagel and so I waited in line, I was the only one in line and your staff for some reason did not want to serve. So my mobile orders are delayed and they don't take my order in person. My money is not welcome here clearly.3 members of your staff were lingering, but yet no one wanted to take my order. AGAIN, if your company/location doesn't want to serve based on any discrimination or whatever purpose make it public. On another occasion, when I came to this store while waiting for my bagel, the associate brushed me off. The attitude of your staff is terrible. It's like they disregard customer service, and abide by there own means.

Worst Tim Hortons! Workers can’t speak English and takes like 20 minutes to make one coffee! An absolute disgrace!

OK I tried really hard to like this place. They have messed up my food order countless times, every time I order something without fail they don’t have at least one item in my order, They haven’t restocked roasted hazelnut syrup since 2023 when other Tim Hortons have restocked, they are so slow people leave the line on the regular and they appear tremendously understaffed. I could keep going.Moral of the story is, if you can go literally anywhere else I recommend you do. Cafè is a two minute walk west and they don’t mess up your order.

If you want Tom Hortons coffee, this is the place to get it. Unfortunately they tend to close a bit early.
Oh my, this has to be the absolutely slowest Tim Hortons location I have ever been to… and I love Tim Hortons, so I have been to many locations in many cities. Often, I might as well be waiting in line to get my mobile order as it usually takes a bit of standing around waiting at the mobile pickup before I get it. They see you there waiting and walk right by. They need more staff, especially at busy hours.

This is a very spacious Tim Hortons. The seating is spread out. The customer service was good. It wasn't busy on a Fri 21:00. We ordered a Chocolate Creamy Chill (medium $4.29). It tasted as expected. There is a large display case with merchandise for sale. It is protected with locked glass doors; I haven't seen the use of locked glass doors before. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms, and they are wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2023-357
