I had dinner with a friend and, unfortunately, we were both disappointed with our meals. I had the beef burger and my friend had the tuna nachos. My burger was over cooked and dry and the fries were cold. My friend said her nachos barely had any tuna and therefore was not satisfying.

Food was decent. Good selection. Service was so slow. Do not go here if you're on a tight schedule.

We were there for Happy Hour. Great menu, portions and value. Service and ambiance were great. My second time and I'll visit again.

We made a reservation for 7 for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were able to be seated no problem. Our server seemed new and was disorganized when taking drink orders and food orders. She informed us there was a 20% auto gratuity that would be on the bill. I thought this was strange as it wasn't mentioned on the restaurants website nor when I made the reservation, even on the menus while we were at lunch, there was nothing. I had initially assumed that I didn't see that noted somewhere but after looking multiple places, it is not listed that there is an auto-gratuity. Service, food and drinks were adequate. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which proceeded to come unassembled, and were a bunch of iceberg lettuce leaves and a bowl of chicken and vegetables. It was fine but would have preferred to know that in advance as I likely would have ordered otherwise. The bills came and there was no auto-gratuity listed on the bill, this was the next issue, most places that require an auto-gratuity are clear, transparent and it is already on the bill so the total is the total. Our bills did not have the auto-grat and instead, as we each paid our bill, the server manually selected 20% on the machine prior to having us tap our cards. Given that it's not listed on their website or their menus or when booking and the server was manually selecting the 20% tip on the machine, it left all of us in the party feeling rather uneasy with the whole interaction. At this point, we aren't certain if the server decided she wanted a 20% tip from our party and told us that or if this is how the restaurant does business, either way, be aware of what you are getting into at this restaurant. Further to that, if you are going to have an auto-gratuity, it should be clearly delineated when making a reservation, on the menu or the website and the service should warrant that 20% gratuity which this service did not.

First time been there for lunch and should not be next. Ambience is comfortable and good for chatting. However, having only two tables during our stay, it is not acceptable to wait for 20 minutes for the food to be served. Although I was told no mussel for my ordered seafood linguine and would be replaced with salmon, I don't expected it turned out to be shrimp and salmon spaghetti. Linguine and spaghetti are different and seafood linguine is a typical dish and usually have at least three types of seafood in the plate. Charging it for CAD35 is over priced too.

Maybe it was just a bad time to come. The server felt overwhelmed even though he only had two other tables. The restaurant was very slow and only had three tables total. They also can’t spilt bills for you. The burgers were burnt. Corn was amazing. Dip was good. Don’t think we will be back.

Went here for the first time and it’ll be my last. Sat at the bar and the male bartender with the bun served me and my party. It seems he either didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to serve us. Very negative energy. Got food and drinks and didn’t bother to provide side plates, cutlery and napkins like other places. That wasn’t the issue, I asked for napkin and he gave me a look like I shouldnt be asking for napkin. He stood there and stared with an awkward pause and walked away. I let it go and the guy just disappeared. We wanted to order more food and drinks but clearly we were being served. Mind you the place was dead. If it was busy I understand. The guy came back eventually and thought we’d finally get served but no. He ignored us didn’t check in didn’t ask if we needed anything or if we wanted to order more food. Finally another guy came and asked if we’re okay and we said we were gonna order more food but no one came around and we’ll just get the bill. And then someone else came to cash us out while the same bartender stared from the other end of the bar not doing anything. Just there. It’s either he sucked at his job, didn’t want to be there or he’s racist. Anyways this place left a bad taste in my mouth.

Food was okay but very gamey for the meat and some of the oysters had a fishy taste.

Drinks was watered down for the cocktails so get canned or bottles if your going to visit.

This is my personal experience so please give it a try just don’t expect much specially with the bartender service.

The place seemed nice but the more you look around you see a lot of issues. Just look up when you walk in. They also bring the garbage out through the dining room which is not what you want to look at when you’re dinning. You’d think it’s a high end establishment but it’s just a hole in the wall with glitz and glimmer. If you’re expecting, minimum, earls like service, don’t. You’d be disappointed. Maybe cafeteria service or food court service.

The food was quite good, but the service was definitely below average. It felt like server #1 just didn't want to be there or was in a bad mood. Wouldn't even acknowledge when I was speaking to him, or even if I thanked him. Very unwelcoming. Server #2 was slightly better but kind of impatient with our order and while clearing the table.

Amazing concept, great servers, really attentive! Only downside is the food... Prices are fair and even fun/touristy for anyone coming in. Spent $100 for myself and the best part was the drinks unfortunately. Would come again though. Maybe just bad timing ?
