Went to celebrate my sister's birthday. Service staff is extremely polite and very professional. Food was very good and very nicely explained to us. The piano playing in the background was a very nice touch as well.
What a super sophisticated high tea experience. Everything from the seating, music playing, servers and china sets were classy. Each of the savory and sweet bites were delicious! Not your average high tea experience. It even made me want to visit the hotel for other occasions.
We were four friends there to spend some time together ahead of a November 1 wedding. We have known each other for nearly 50 years. It was the perfect place. We had been there 8 months ago and were happy to return.
The afternoon tea was wonderful. I am sure I will have dreams about the food! Such a wonderful well conceived menu.
We had a wonderful time. The food was very good, particularly the coronation chicken sandwich. Our server was lovely; attentive without hovering. We always enjoy tea at the Clockwork as a special treat.
CLOCKWORK was an amazing experience and plan to go again with other afternoon tea and/or sweet treat fans. Service was great and atmosphere was classy with piano playing in the background. My friend and I both had different allergies when we went which was accommodate for and we both left with a full belly. High recommend
Once again, the team at Clockwork was wonderful. Leah was welcoming, thoughtful, friendly, and proactive. We were delighted with the seating, with the ambience, and of course with the food and beverage. While we have been here several times, this was my parents first time and the staff took great pains to help them celebrate their anniversary in style. We are grateful to the team and look forward to being back again soon.
Expensive, but worth it. Very good service and the quality of the food was reflected in the price of the afternoon tea. The staff were attentlive and friendly.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely surroundings. Nice selection of teas. Food was very tasty and a good amount. We had asked for no fish and this was catered for easily. Nice to have a piano player in the background.
Beautiful live music and setting. The service staff were incredibly friendly. My first high tea was definitely a great experience.

A wonderful experience if you are looking for a beautiful place to enjoy some afternoon tea with a friend. The food and tea were good but nothing was particularly memorable in my opinion. What stood out to me, however, was the service and atmosphere. The staff were delightful and would often come and refill our teapots with more water. There was also a pianist playing live music right outside of the clockwork area which was much appreciated. It created a nice ambiance without being too loud. Overall, a great experience that would have been made even better if the menu was a bit more creative. I would still recommend.
Amazing service and quality
Delicious cocktails, nice service and beautiful space. Often has live piano playing!
Great time
Came here for girls outing. The high tea is located in the lobby of the hotel. It was rather spacious, the atmosphere was really nice, the staff were friendly. The tea tasted great. The high tea came with lots of food. The sandwich bread was a lil dry tho, and the pea tart tasted a bit oxidized. Otherwise all the other items tasted great. It's quite pricey high tea so i did expect more high end finger foods, but overall it was a nice experience.
