You should close down this location ,if you can’t train your staff to have a good service or not racist or put a kiosk machine so we can order right,not rushing us to order . Not shouting on top of your voice. Service is bad so bad. no wonder why this location no people at all. we dont need a kind of attitude like that to ruin our day. 2 staff ladies speaking in chinese nonstop while serving. I will never come back again.first and last from this location.
Update: you really have a problem about your staff here to nonchinese people.found reviews same complain attitude towards korean etc . did you really train you staff ? Racist store. The chinese restaurant around you, are welcoming to other nonchinese people but this people two ladies need to learn.

The drinks were really nice, and the service was great. However, the temperature inside the store was too high and quite stuffy.
I had planned to spend some time and relax at coco, but it was TOO HOT - surprisingly, it was even cooler outside. I really admire how the staff maintained their excellent service despite the uncomfortable temperatures. I hope the regional manager can see this message and adjust the temperature as soon as possible.

I've visited numerous CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice locations, and I must say, their service is always impressively quick, regardless of the spot. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I often visit CoCo for a refreshing treat during my busy days, and it never disappoints. The bubble tea here is one of my favourites, with a great variety of flavours and perfectly chewy tapioca pearls.
One of the things that stood out to me was how efficiently the staff handled a busy rush. Even with a long line, I received my order promptly without any compromise on quality.
However, I did notice that some locations could improve their seating areas, as they tend to get crowded quickly. A bit more space would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice remains a top choice for bubble tea enthusiasts. Highly recommended!
