Irresponsible arrogant staff. Total lack of professionalism. Very trendy and when the fad wears off they will be closed as people eventually figure out that service matters.
If you are willing to pay for the chicken with your time then camp out and wait.
Otherwise go somewhere else. There are a lot of fried chicken places that run on time.
