The food is an experience in itself! Every dish is packed with bold, unexpected flavour combinations that just work. While we always look forward to our favourite classics (the Hakka wontons and betel leaf bite), we make a point to try something new each time, and we’re always pleasantly surprised (the dumplings every time!).
Over the years, so many members of the team have made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. A special shoutout to Nik - his drink creations are next level and always elevate the entire meal.

Go for the premium tasting menu. It’s easily the best way to experience the kitchen’s range. Every dish is packed with those signature bold, complex flavors, and you can really tell they’re using top-tier ingredients. The portions are actually substantial - you definitely won’t leave hungry. I honestly don’t think I’ve had food of such quality and flavour before. The fried watermelon is a flavour explosion you didn’t know you needed. The dumplings are out of the world - soft (almost melting in your mouth) with so much flavour. We tried the Tom Yum cocktail which was absolutely amazing. Do not skip the Vietnamese Tiramisu, it was so perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. Shout out to all the servers who explained each dish while serving it. Special shoutout to Emily - she took time to recommend some really great dishes.

Super loved our visit to DaiLo, the food was delicious, we got Hiananese Chicken, the Truffle fried rice, Singapore curry cauliflower, panang Eggplant Burrata, pho beef carpaccio, Burmese Tofu and lamb special! (Definitely recommend all of these dishes, they were all a hit!)
