terrible service- manager is extremely rude to both employees and customers. demands cash only for everything under $5, refuses to honour discounts/promotions. also very unsanitary, no gloves used and sides of blizzards wiped with bare hands. also no washrooms for paying customers despite toronto codes saying it is mandatory. will not return or recommend anyone come here.

Stopped by here after eating lunch with coworkers and wanted something sweet. I got a small blizzard with cotton candy pieces inside. Initially, it was good but the more I had it, the more sweet it got. it got too sweet for me that I struggled to finish it haha. Staff are quick with taking orders and fulfilling them.
The blizzards were so generous with the toppings and everything was mixed in really well. But I think I saw an employee sneeze in someone’s blizzard. It wasn’t mine though, so that made me happy.

For a franchise, it's located in an unusual spot in Chinatown so it rarely gets crowded. This particular small DQ is known only for the ice cream so the menu is very limited thus 4 stars. But I love their Blizzards. And the employees are nice ?
Ordered a medium pumpkin pie blizzard. Everything is higher priced here than other DQs. And the blizzard was blended horribly, mostly just vanilla ice cream
