My colleague recommended the restaurant and came for a quick lunch. Nice, clean & spacious dinning area.
They mainly do chicken tenders and sliders so the main dish options are quite limited.
The food quality and portion were great. Ordered the medium heat fries with tenders. Fresh fries and chicken were delicious, combine with shredded kale and pickles.
The only downside was their lack of staffs. Perhaps we showed up at 11:30am was too early, there was only one person working super hard between kitchen and front desk. Took us quite sometime to get the order in and pick up the food.
Hope they can improve this in the future and it will be one great place grab quick and delicious food.

Service was great, food was great, the atmosphere was great.
Very juicy chicken and awesome fries. Their sauce is game changing. However, do beware of their spice levels as things can get quite spicier than anticipated.

If you appreciate bare minimum customer service, don’t go here. Absolutely WILD.
They wouldn’t let my friend get water on his birthday. If I could rate lower i would

I was so excited to visit Dave’s as I’ve heard great things for years and have been seeing them popping up everywhere. I walked into be greeted by a fantastic employee with exceptional customer service, food was great however they are cashless.
I have a big point of contention with cashless establishments, especially when it’s fast food. If you’re unhoused or unhoused do you think banks will give you an account without an address? The answer is no. They won’t.
Cashless operations are a form of discrimination. And it is for this reason today was my first and last day I will be enjoying Dave’s Hot Chicken unless they change their policies.
I'd love to rate the food there, but I brought my hundred and fifty dollar gift card, and nobody that worked at that store was able to put it through so I was sent away. Absolutely no excuse for that. You can't sell gift cards that cannot be redeemed by your customers

It’s so tasty that some guys couldn’t resist to wait until they get home .they put the food on their car and started to eat in the street. ( they threw their garbage on the sidewalk after they finished sadly 😞)
Price and the chicken sandwich was dry

I spent 45$ with my friend on October 25. I asked for a cup of water and was denied by one of the employees. I asked him nicely multiple times and he kept saying we can’t trust you because you will serve yourself a drink that’s not free.
I only drink water. First time I my life I’ve been denied water.
they advertised free sliders today til 9pm and we showed up and they said they cut the line early. bad business honestly - people going out of their way to be disappointed
