I find it a nice cozy place to enjoy some next level desserts. There are vegan options. I did enjoy the variety we had but I have to tip my hat the staff as they are very friendly and ready to serve.

I ordered the pistachio cake for my husband's birthday. I mistakenly scheduled the delivery on the wrong date. But I spoke with them, and they were really helpful and they helped me to get the delivery done on the day I wanted it. I really appreciate it.

I visited this place with my friends on the last day of uni, and we all tried the Roche cake—it was absolutely to die for! While most of their options contain alcohol, this one was alcohol-free, which was perfect. I also ordered their latte, and it was exceptional—rich and high-quality. The ambiance was a 10/10.

To “Fred” Before you reply to people who make your company what it is today, you should take the time out of your day to check what and how you are replying to individuals. I didn’t even tell you which location I went to, so you telling me that you’ve made sure to check camera footage is absolutely hilarious and a massive lie. I get that you are trying to protect your employees, but why protect ones that have no common sense as to how to act in front of a customer or even simply how to treat them. If you are offended by my review and making snarky comments about how I spend my free time, then what I am writing is the truth and honest feedback that you also see. You can take this review and make it personal or you can take it as a professional critique and better the environment for current and future customers. Delysèes is a modern day fairytale, a place where desserts are dressed in jewels and served with a side of elegance. The café itself is a dream, with a plethora of tea and coffee options to accompany your sweet indulgence. The service, while generally good, could use a sprinkle of fairy dust to reach perfection.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the desserts. Many of the mini cakes, such as the Opera, Hugo, and Louvre, are absolute delights, moist, velvety, and bursting with flavour. However, some of the delicate creations can be a bit too fragile. Additionally, the jelly centers, while pretty, can sometimes be a tad too rubbery.
The real dessert drama unfolded when I purchased a large Paradise cake for a party. Unbeknownst to me, the cake was frozen, and I wasn't given the crucial instruction to keep it out of the fridge. The result? A dessert disaster. The cake was tough and flavourless, a far cry from the magical creation I had envisioned.
So, while Delysèes is undoubtedly a visual feast, it's important to remember that beauty isn't always skin deep. Sometimes, a little more substance is needed to truly satisfy the sweet tooth. Perhaps with a bit more attention to detail and clearer instructions, Delysèes can truly live up to its fairytale potential. It's worth noting that while the desserts are undeniably beautiful, they also come with a rather princely price tag.
