What a dishonest store. When shopping, the clerk loudly said that a gift box of snacks would be given if the purchase amount was over $50. However, when checking out, the clerk changed his mind and said that the gift would only be given if the purchase amount was over $80. It is disgusting that there is still such a dishonest service attitude!

Went back today to try black sesame bao with salt “egg custard” filling (Delicious!); Fung Shing shrimp dumplings and Chicken siu mai. Great place for frozen dim sum!

We’ve tried a few frozen dim sum places at Milliken & Finch. This store is clean, attractive with lots of frozen dim sum, frozen cooked food and desserts. We bought Jumbo shrimp har gow and Beef Brisket with tofu skin (cut brisket into smaller pieces - very good). Prices reasonable. Will return for more, thank you!

I love coming here for the variety of dim sum, desserts, and other Chinese dishes that I can't find elsewhere or in restaurants. Even though the items may be a bit pricier than other frozen food stores in the area, the quality of ingredients and taste of the dishes are much more superior at Best Dim Sum Food Co. They always have new items coming out, and the store managers are enthused at promoting new products without being pushy. What's also great is that the packages come with cooking instructions. I'm glad they moved to a bigger facility where there's more room to shop. I highly recommend coming here if you want to stock up your freezer with dim sum and other dishes for dinner!

Fu kee is way better ! Don't trust the advertising.

This place makes the best lotus buns in town. “The seniors peach looking one as well”. If that’s your sweet bun of choice, you have to come try it.

The soups, and the round silver tray items are good.

I would stick to those items.

The owner lady is always welcoming.

I accidently came across this place yesterday while in the area and I must say the worker was very helpful and sweet and funny and hilarious when I joking with her....I think I'm in love ? lol ????☺️❤️

Best Dim Sum used to be closer to the main road. They moved right around corner to increase their visibility. You can now parked in front of the store’s entrance.It’s a small, but very inviting retail space. Everything is showcased nicely and is well labelled.They have a website with current pricing. They offer delivery. I paid in cash.This store is located in an area known for a lot of manufacturers and sellers of frozen dim sum dishes. So there are many of them to visit and try. Competition is fierce, so each one must be unique and different. This store really stands out because of the yummy photos plastered on their outside windows, and their interior decor is modern.

Chef Bao’s carrot cake and taro cake are very delicious! The radish was cut into giant strips but not steamed properly. I don’t know why! There is no such thing as a lamb. I wanted to hurt people with my original intention, but I didn't have enough material, but I forgot the proper proportion. Never cut it into slices and fry it. The whole carrot cake will be like a flower blooming and breaking the glass. I wanted to find a lamb to eat, but I couldn't! The radish strips are too huge and should be wire-shaped. The taro cake is also pitiful, in short, it’s terrible! It is far different from the radio advertisements. The greater the hope, the greater the disappointment.

The best rice cake I had in Toronto ?. Highly recommended

This private frozen food retailer has moved a few units down from its previous location. It manufactures all its products from scratch with a decent selection at reasonable prices and even offers free delivery for online orders! They offer free enrollment in a VIP program to those who spend $130 before taxes, but the discount is not significant as the free cooler bag for $100 purchases.

The lady is so nice, helpful and patient. She spent time after business hours to help us confirm with the chef the selected items are real vegan. Some of my friends have very detailed requirements. When I chose products in the store, she introduced them very patiently and checked with chef for several items that these products are real vegan even for ingredients like oyster source, chicken powder.The store has 20+ products for vegetarians. It's very clean. I'm very impressed even though I haven't tried the food. Highly recommended.

Bought many dim sum and patties before, but Octopus patties 章魚肉餅 I purchased yesterday was really salty. Hope it will be improved in the future. Food quality is the reason we came for it. Thanks.
