I’ve never seen such a RUDE STAFF!!!

I asked mugs for my lattes, the girl saying we close in 50 mins, I asked politely if you do an exception I would appreciate and come back as it is my first time.

“It’s okay, we don’t need your business” was the answer to me, and the dude next to her was joining to her miserable attitude, I got curious how that manager got hired to that position as well.

If you close at 5pm, take an extra hour for cleaning and give a decent service, without customers you don’t have a business! Your place don’t have right to ruin people’s day/mood.

❌The Worst Manager EVER, ❌the worst employees ever!! ❌They have to be out of job tomorrow!!!❌ I walked in at 16:00 they refused to serve my coffee in a mug because they were closing in AN HOUR!!✨ I recommended that if customers specifically asks for it , it shouldn’t be an issue. ✨❗️The ASIAN cashier girl answered back to me “it shouldn’t be an issue drinking in a cup either.”❗️
I said that’s not the right way to treat your customers we’re not coming back. She answered back “we don’t need your business” the other guy also backed her cooworker and manager did nothing or say nothing about it. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST! ❗️December 10 ❗️

UNUSABLE. Disastrously slow wifi speed. For reference, even a basic internet 1-on-1 voice call (no video) doesn't work properly. Hovers around 1~2 mbps speed.

Good espresso but slooooow.
Two people working the espresso bar and they served up exactly three espresso drinks in five minutes.

Dineen is warm and cozy with a stylish vibe. The cappuccino was excellent, and it’s a perfect spot for a relaxed work meeting.

The atmosphere is alright but if you go in a workday afternoon, this place is very crowded. Not a quite good idea to visit in a chilly day. The coffee was great though.

I told the barista at the counter I wanted a latte. I was asking about different syrup flavors and one of the listed ones was chai. I said I wanted a latte with chai syrup. They ended up making a chai latte with no espresso. I brought it up to the barista and I could see how it may have been confusing, but the barista at the front was so rude. He implied that it was our fault, and said he needed to refund our original drinks and charge us again for the new drinks (ended up being the same price?) usually when a mistake is made, a place with good customer service would apologize and offer to remake the drink right away. This barista was sassy, rude, and definitely made it sound like we were inconveniencing them. Drinks are good but poor customer service.

Delicious! I really enjoyed the almond croissant and the latter was excellent. Same price you'd pay for Starbucks but you will actually enjoy your order.

The coffee and pastries are delicious, however service is really slow, especially the baristas. It took literally 25 minutes to get my to go lattee order on a Saturday morning!
