After seeing from the street that they had ice cream, we stopped in. But it turned out to be way more than a dessert shop. We had unique coffees and other Turkish drinks and confections. Our waitresses, Elif, was friendly and explained different foods to us. The next day our friends that we visited with suggested breakfast at Mado. Elif was there and suggested an amazing breakfast spread which didn’t disappoint. We’ll definitely be back!
Brought here by a Turkish friend and it was my first time trying Turkish food. What a delight! Pun intended.They've got a variety of options spanning from breakfast food to dessert and wraps. I wasn't very hungry so I opted for the baklava. It tasted different from the usual baklava and I liked that the flaky layers were baked perfectly. Absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend the large sesame bun stuffed with mozzarella. But we bought a wide range of items and they were all delicious. They have a cool selection of gorgeous teacups as well.
