I have been ordering-in from this location for over 9 years now and the service has been consistently great. The pizzas, pastas, and chicken wings are my go to and they make it all pretty well each time. The delivery people are also nice and polite.

Usually a good spot. Cheesy bread was put in after the pizzas were done. So 4 blocks later I was eating Luke warm pizza with my family. They asked if I opened the boxes for my bike ride.
Parking: I road my bike in the cold to get the pizza because there isn’t really parking near by.

As someone who works in retail, I understand the importance of honoring advertised prices. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Dominos was disappointing. I was initially quoted a lower price for a medium pizza, but after placing the order, the price was suddenly increased. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to honor the original quoted price. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, whether intentional or not. In my own retail experience, price matching and honoring quoted prices is standard practice - it's simply good customer service. The staff's unwillingness to stand by their original quote was unprofessional and has damaged my trust in this location. While Dominos usually provides reliable service, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them again. I hope management takes note and trains their staff to be more consistent and professional when it comes to pricing and customer service.
