I came here for the first time a month ago and had the pleasure of having Betsy serve me and I was very impressed She is such an amazing young lady full of energy and very positive who loves her job from what I can see And every time ive come back I always make sure that I ask for her as she always makes my day! Tenn, our server, was extremely friendly and attentive - making for a pleasant and very enjoyable dining experience. The food was also great; flatbread was very tasty and fresh, chicken parm was tender and juicy. The only underwhelming thing was the Italian soda - very bland. Will definitely come back and try other dishes.

We went to celebrate our 17th annivesary and we always wanted to try the All You Can Eat Pasta on Mondays so it just really seemed like the perfect opportunity. It was real good, noise wasnt too excessive, it was busy but still very efficient. Our sever Inisha was great. She was very polite and friendly always making sure we were ok and seeing if we needed anything.Inisha really made our night awesome. We had fun and enjoyed ourself.

Our server, Jashan, was fantastic,attentive, and friendly, and always smiling. She made the evening enjoyable for our group of six. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy our soups and salads. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. The food was hot, fresh, and honestly, this was the best experience I've ever had at an East Side Mario's. The staff truly made the night!

We always enjoy dining here. We have a son with many food allergies and the kitchen is always quite careful for him and we've never had an issue. This staff is always quite attentive and makes sure his food is safe for him. I do wish they would put the scallops back on the menu and offer less deep fried options in the appetizers.

really disappointed with my visit:( waitress dropped a loaf of bread on me, leaving a large oil stain on my white shirt, and she still served it to my table. we weren't told of auto gratuity, and it wasn't included on the bill. i used 1500 (15 dollars worth of) scene points for my bill of 52 dollars, and still after the gratuity the waitress ADDED HERSELF- the price remained nearly the same. just very disappointed with this experience and the service
