My partner and I went for dinner here for the first time on Saturday. It was a little bit busy but we got to our booth in about 5 minutes. The tables were a little sticky, probably need to refresh the quality bucket.
Ghazal was our server and I just have to say that she was the most pleasant and courteous server we've had in a while. Although we showed up a little late(Google has this place closing at 10pm.) we were served in a timely manner and never felt rushed.
Accommodating, professional and just over the top. The apps came at the right time and we did not feel the need to finish our plates. Everything was cleared before our mains. The tomato sauce was excellent. I ordered the Mangia Platter and my partner ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Pro-tip...don't fill up on the bread.
After the battle she cleared our table and delivered the sweetest ice cream I have had in a while. Safe to say she didn't have to, but it was gone in an instant. Thank you! We will come back again in the near future. We hope that Ghazal wins it all! She kind of reminds us of Naomi from Waiting...😆

With family we regularly go to East Side Mario’s. Though this was our first visit to this location, as we were just passing by and noticed it, no wonder this location has won so many titles over the years. The staff is amazing, the food is excellent, and the place is incredibly well managed. We also did not have to wait between the courses with empty plates or an empty table. The manager is great, he is actually running the floor and interacting directly with guests. We have not had service like this in a very long time, and this is definitely the place we will be coming to from now on when going to ESM, even though it is farther from our home, as it is worth it. The place was also very much full all night, people kept coming with their families, which is a good sign, and it did not compromise any of the food quality or the speed of service. Thank you for the great experience, and a special shoutout to Ghazal, our waitress for the night, who is energetic, great, and naturally knows how to multitask. Also, shoutout to Ritz, who was incredibly upbeat and friendly when interacting with our table.
