Had the best omakase dining experience here. The care and quality of ingredients is unmatched.

Food, Service, Atmosphere. Kiyomi ticks off all boxes and more. As you step in, you immediately realize what level of dining experience you can expect. The food of course is top quality but so are the staff; the master clearly a master of his craft and presentation, and the host accomodating as he is welcoming. All this encased in a dining space that understands that customers want an elevated experience and makes them feel like it too.

Make sure to book ahead as there is no walk-ins.

My first tempura omakase experience is great. Cozy, quiet and simple surroundings, friendly chef and staff.

Almost all tempura pieces are great, the coating is not thick so you will not feel so heavy after dozens of pieces, among these 16 courses, my personal favorites are the scallop, which is crunchy outside and tender and juicy inside, no need any extra seasoning, it’s all about the freshness and sweetness of the scallop itself; the little whole fish, it’s so delicious, the meat is juicy and appropriately fatty, very flavorful even without seasoning; the sea urchin, fresh, sweet, reach, creamy, taste of the ocean, combined with the crunchy tempura, amazing; the sea eel, the texture is so good, firm but tender, juicy and flavorful, although i have to admit me and my friend we both felt a tiny bit heavy after this one.

The other pirces are also good, so yeah i really enjoyed this experience, will revisit in the future.

I have been twice. The first time the owner was the chef for my lunch omakase. Absolutely perfect sushi- amazing choices and he accommodated my shellfish allergy. At the end, had great recommendations and the service was fantastic. They had some great mocktails as well.

I love omakase; it’s such a unique experience every time. Omakase feels like a museum of all of the chef’s experience condensed into one meal, carefully curated. Each course is a work of art.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Kiyomi, and it was such a beautiful experience. The minimalist decor, the Joe Hisaishi soundtrack playing softly in the background, and the quick, efficient service created a tranquil atmosphere to enjoy watching Chef Katsumi work his magic.

Every time I’ve had omakase, there’s always a standout piece that stays with me long after the meal. For this omakase, it was the ankimo with daikon radish. While I’ve had ankimo before, I’ve never had it presented in a way where the daikon cuts through the richness of the fish, and the addition of shiso (I think?) leaves a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

I also loved the squid with mentaiko in the sashimi course. I’m usually not a fan of squid due to the chewiness, but this one was cut into small pieces, and the mentaiko added a subtle saltiness that elevated it to another level.

Another favorite was the negitoro hand roll. I think part of my love for it comes from watching someone roll sushi with such expertise, but the quality of the fish was also outstanding.

I love the attention to detail and the care they have for their craft. Plates were changed often, cleared quickly, and they asked about our preference for wasabi and whether we liked the amount. The dinner was well-paced and filling. At the end of the sushi courses, you can choose to add additional pieces if you are still hungry. I appreciated how innovative courses were interwoven with classic pieces, making this omakase equally enjoyable for both newcomers and seasoned omakase lovers alike. Thank you for a lovely anniversary dinner!

The Sushi Lunch Omekase is definitely worth every penny.
Honestly the Darjeeling mocktail was a bit sweet, and I don't need to have that again, but the food was incredible. I can't fault a single morsel, and when my dining partner asked me to pick a favourite, I was simply unable to do to so. My least favourite (crab) was still very very good, just a tad drier than I'd expected.
I have an allium intolerance and they were able to accommodate.

We recently had the Tempura Omakase with Chef Saito, and it was an incredibly satisfying experience. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, but I especially fell in love with the soup, scallop, eel, shrimp, fish, wagyu, and the blueberry ice cream. The soup and ice cream are both homemade—the soup was light and smooth, while the ice cream offered a refreshing finish to the meal. The seafood and other ingredients are sourced directly from Japan, and you can truly taste the quality. One detail that stood out: they change the frying oil after serving each customer to ensure the tempura remains crisp and never too greasy. Overall, it was a memorable and well-curated dining experience. We're looking forward to trying their Sushi Omakase next time!

Kiyomi’s omakase is a really special experience. The atmosphere feels calm and elegant, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. Each course is beautifully prepared and presented, with fresh ingredients that highlight the quality of the fish. The flavors are clean and delicate, and every bite feels thoughtful and balanced. The chef puts care into explaining the dishes, which makes the whole experience more personal. It’s not just a meal, but more like a food journey that leaves you satisfied without feeling too heavy. It’s a place worth visiting if you want something unique and memorable.

Went here to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend. I loved the atmosphere and the detailed omakase course!

I recommend not to use the soy sauce and the wasabi since the chef already puts them on the sushi pieces, which I think is the perfect amount.
